Kayanjali Chikankari — Unprofessional Behavior, Unreasonable Delay, and Order Cancellation, Fraud

On November 5, 2023, I placed an order for a kurti from Kayanjali Chikankari. The order confirmation email stated that the expected delivery date was within 7-10 business days. However, I did not receive any further updates or tracking information regarding my order.

I attempted to contact Kayanjali Chikankari multiple times through their website chat and email, but I received no responses. I also tried calling their customer service number, but it was constantly busy or disconnected.

On November 21, 2023, I received a single message fromKayanjali Chikankari stating that my order would be dispatched that day. However, I did not receive any further updates or tracking information, and my order did not arrive.

On November 23, 2023, I contactedKayanjali Chikankari again to inquire about the status of my order. Instead of providing me with an update, they began to abuse me in a very unprofessional manner. They used offensive language and accused me of being unreasonable.

After this incident, Kayanjali Chikankari blocked me from their website and canceled my order without my consent. I have not received any communication from them regarding a refund.
