[Resolved]  Kayanjali Chikankari — Pre paid order, no information on dispatch or delivery

I had ordered prepaid order of Rs 1199/- from Kayanjali Chikankari on 18th October, but inspite of asking multiple times on watsapp and Instagram, there has been no message yet on dispatch details, they do not attend phone calls or reply to texts. I want my money back if they can't deliver my order.
