I have purchased a clothing from Kazo outlet at Mohali Punjab invoice no INVK[protected] on 14th July 2022 in sale period on 40% discount. Somehow that clothing did not fitted me well and when I reached the store for exchange the store staff simply refused saying that there is no exchange policy on the products bought in sale, however at the time of purchase no one told me about this policy and nowhere it was displayed at the store. After some time of argument the showed me the invoice in which it is stated in the terms and conditions and that too at the bottom and in very small font. Who read all the terms and conditions written on the invoice and that too in very small font. It is simply cheating the customers. If they have any such policy then it should be very much prominently placed all over the store. Now that clothing is a total waste of money for me as I cannot wear that.
