I was paying my property tax online through KDMC official website on 31/5/2022 around 3:43pm. After I entered the OTP the payment was failed but the money is debited from my bank account. Please look into it. And Refund my money back. I have also attached the transaction details.

The Property tax for 2022-23 for property No B[protected] - Flat No 203, amounting to RS 4259 as per online bill was paid on 16th May 2022. The amount was deducted from the account however the receipt is not yet generated. The bank reference ID for the amount received by KDMC is [protected].

Hi Team,

I have paid my KDMC property tax for the year 2022-23, Paid on 06-June-2022 of Rs. 5916 via online KDMC portal. I have done payment by my Amazon pay UPI (Bandhan Bank Kalyan Account) paid to [protected]@icici. But after payment the receipt has not been generated and money got deducted from my bank account. Online portal still showing the amount due. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap. Attached is the sms of money deducted from my Bandhan Bank account. my bank referance no. is[protected] & Also attached Screenshot of Amazon Pay UPI.

I paid Rs. 2122 online against my property tax payment for Property No. B[protected] Flat No. 009, however site closed abruptly with error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and amount got deducted from my bank account. This payment is not reflected in Property Tax Payment for mentioned flat above. Kindly do let me know when will I get refund of this money. I have logged complaint in official portal as well.

I faced this issue two times consecutively for both my properties mentioned below, wherein everything works fine till the time payment is done, and the moment payment is done through net banking the next screen throws below error without giving me the receipt of the payment (screenshot attached for reference). I contacted my bank and they said that the payment is released from the bank to the vendor. So kindly help here to understand whether my payments were processed and why is the site giving error only after the payments are done?
