Please note that while doing KDMC property tax payment it got deducted from my debit card but shown error while processing the payment and it got failed (P.NO. D[protected]) flat 908. payment error date: 31.05.2022

Could you please check urgently and revert my payment.

I have paid property tax on 15th May 22 through google pay as per screen shot is attached. But it is not updated on KDMC site and the amount is still showing as payable.

I request you to please update the details of payment on site and send me the receipt for the same.

I had paid kdmc property bill agains property no b (B[protected])
Flat no - 901
Name : Ganesh Mote
Around ₹8339 on 31May22 at "kdmc.gov.in" site via netbanking payment gateway which but money got deducted from my account and does not revert till date. Bank has confirmed successful payment and asked to check with KDMC for refund.

Since last few months, more specifically the khandesh festival has ruined the landscape near the grounds adjacent to the Mumbai University. There has been "UNAUTHORISED DUMPING OF WASTE" ever since. Please take note of this and address this problem. The toxic fumes affects the HEALTH OF OUR CHILDREN AND FAMILY. I request you to look into the matter because this is RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH A COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS NEARBY.

I paid 1500rs of water bill yesterday 3 jun 2022 and money got deducted from side but error was shown and receipt is not generated so look into this and solve my problem as soon as possible

I had paid Property tax on 31.05.2022. Payment got deducted however receipt could not be generated due to system/server error at KDMC portal. Had checked with Card Merchant and as per their confirmation, transaction has been settled successfully. However, tlll date, same is showing as pending for payment at KDMC portal. Attaching herewith the images for confirmation of settlement of transaction for merchant along with image for status pending payment at KDMC portal. Request you to mail the receipt copy for payment made towards property tax or make available the receipt on portal so that can download the same from Portal.

Contractor done there(install pipeline or electric line underground) work after that road condition remain extracting all the stone on surface. Road contractors neglect the work after the installation o[censored]nderground works. Need to fix asap near by nandivli main road to easy for vehicles and other government buses and travellers to prevent accidents and traffic.

I have paid my property tax on 31st may. It was showing transaction failed but my amount got deducted from my credit card. While checking with bank they said merchant have received the amount. Please update me the status.

Respected kdmc, we are the citizen's of dombivali east last 4 years ago we shifted here with common expectance of human life. But sinario of the dombivali is worst than rural area of maharashtra. There is poor service of daily water supply to the residence of dombivali city and village area. Water came to our home once after 4 days with low pressure. One question is coming from this problems is how the water suppliers get the water. This is all about corruption which is tied up to kdmc. How common man can survive in these corrupted region. I think this is very bad and dangerous thing for the independent india. And also worst conditions of roadways.
So, i request to kdmc corporation officers please solve our problems and do the needful things. We are so dreadful from this situation.

We & around our residence there are too many stray dogs which are howling in the night and also keep on fighting with a loud noise. Due to which it becomes unbearable to sleep in the night.
As well last time the dogs catched are back again in the society from a longer time.

I am resident of Deshmukh Homes, in the open space adjusant to my building some people are dumping truck loads of garbage since yesterday. Please take appropriate action. They are dumping plastic waste as well as filth, dead animals which lead to foul smell

Hi i am residency of palava lakeshore khoni. Inside of palava roaming many street dog. Coming over to children and many people. Barking very harshly at a time many dogs come and bark its scary now. It bitten old lady and some of my friend 4 years child. Plz help and catch them....

Have done the property tax payment online but still the bill reflect due, amount debited from my credit card account, transaction was successful yet the kdmc website have not generated the bill receipt for the same and still show the bill pending .

I follow-up up with kdmc support emails and also raised complain in KDMC portal but no positive response

Respected sir, with all my due respect, I am writing this complaint to inform you about the garbage disposal near our Shop. The residents nearby have started dumping all the garbage on the roads. It is very unhygienic, and it also hurt the image of our society. The smell of the garbage is so irritating, and it is also very embarrassing when clients visit to our shop. The garbage has been piling up near the shutter, so I can't even reach it. The municipal corporation hasn't shown any signs of taking action. The garbage near the office is creating a lot of disturbance to me. I ask you to spread awareness among people not to throw the garbage on the road except for putting it in KDMC's garbage van. I hope you will look into the matter promptly and have the uncleaned garbage removed regularly

But after payment the receipt has not been generated and money got deducted from my account. Online portal still showing the amount due. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap.

About two weeks back roadside gutters outside school were cleaned and garbage was removed and dumped just outside school gate.Inspite of requesting the cleaning services the garbage wet mud and soil has not been removed.The garbage mud and things are piling up just outside school gate.People have started dumping plastic bottels, dirt, plastic bags, and other garbage on the top of it.Our preschool has small kids aged 2-6 coming which are at risk due to such dirty and unclean premises you are sincerely requested to take a note of it and get it cleaned at earliest
