KDMC — property tax paid to kdmc

Our building was recently transfer to kdmc form gram panchayat. We have received property tax of inr 6956 and while paying we paid to kdmc inr 7956.

When we have asked show the difference bill and break up at bill collection center, it was not available in their system.

We got possession in 2016 (When it was under gram panchayat), how can they charge backdated when there was no kdmc and what facilities was provided by kdmc that time for that they have asked the charges...??

There was power cut every time and water supply was not frequent.

The builder is not answering any calls their is no society formation...

Feeling cheated from builder as well as kdmc.
