I have purchase kellogg oats package from m/s. Om mart (Shop nu 1, paradise chs, khadak pada, malad east). Contact number is [protected].

I have purchase 2 kellogg packcts and i find 3 cockroach in that (Pics attavh for reference).

This is such ridiculous things which i have face from this client...
I dont know this issue was from company side or store side... But i have face this issue...

I want claim for this...

This is such priority mail from my side..
Request you to give appropriate action or else will highlight this issue with higher authorities,..

We have found worms in kellogs Museli and details of the same was shared with Kellogs at [protected]@kellogs, com giving all video details but their was no satisfactory reply. it horrifying to have worms in you break fast plate we expected some standards to be maintained by kelloggs. its seems big brand like kellogg are not even interested in maintaining the quality and listening to consumer. our safety and health is at stake.

I bought cornflakes in May 2018 from big bazaar esplanade, Kolkata which I regularly do but this purchase was an utter disappointment and was not edible at all -it never turned out this type anytime before.Seens the packaging was done with lack of proper supervision and quality check.
Such big companies are not expected to release such products in the market for sale .
I had complained to the big bazaar as well but they say that I should have reported earlier -in fact the situation was that the pack was opened about 15 days purchase and my son for whom it is bought told me that it did not taste good and that he would eat it anymore

Insects were found inside the sealed pack, I have opened the pack today and found out that the whole pack contains insects. I have not expected this from Kelloggs. I have also posted it in twitter. https://twitter.com/SaikiranPothuri/status/[protected]
Please look into this matter with high priority. People will suffer if action has not been taken

Dear customer services,

I wish to draw your attention to a pringles jalapeno pack that i purchased from a local retail outlet in india on sunday 10th june 2018.

The contents were inedible, being badly deteriorated and giving off a very bad taste and odour.

The production code on the bottom of the container is l 7144kt60 2137 and indicates "best by 23/08/2018".

I would ask to be compensated for this defective product.

I bought kellogg's cornflakes few days back, from 24*7 shop situated at cyber city gurgaon. I thought since its a reputed shop, the quality won't be compromised here. However the cornflakes bought were again rancid.. There is a stale smell in these cornflakes.
Similar issues was faced when i bought cornflakes a month back from my society shop. Please help me. I want to get my money back. I havn't consumed these cornflakes.

I have raised complaint in kellogg's india regarding bad smell which is coming out from corn flakes however they have still not resolved the issue. They asked for the batch details & picture of pack but still no revert. I had a discussnio on customer care number twice but they are just giving assurannce to resolve the issue but no action yet.

I sent e mail dated 21st may 2018.

Please do the needful.

Now a days kellogg's quality is not good.. We eat kellogg's real honey or kellogg's real honey with almond. Now a days corn quality and taste not good. No honey taste n only little almonds. We pour lots money but even no quality. By this complaint i hope in comming days kellogg's quality will be improved. Otherwise we have to stop n go for best product.

Actually i purchased 2 packet of kellogg's choco and there were free finger puppet available, but retailer denied to give.

He said company didn't handover the gifts or either u can check the gifts must available inside the pack.

So when i checked there were not available gifts.

So my question with u guys i[censored] dont want to provide the gifts to customer then why the hell u promote the advertising on television, the kids dont understand they insist to buy products.

See u have guys have to take action otherwise i will rate u 1 and there is also update this things.

I am the big fan of chocos and i have every type of chocos product i love to eat them today at morning i found a worm in a chocos in kellogs chocos duet

i have sended u the photo of the chocos at the breakfast time i was unable to beleieve worm in chocos so i checked the packet at afternoon 1:20pm in the first video which i have sende there i couldnt founded the worm but at the next video u can see the baby worm i removed that secound time because i taught there may no worm so i saved the first video but the next very video u can see there is a worm from today i hate chocos and i want to take a very strick action otherwise i will take the action i had called u 1 30pm they just told your money will be refunded. I was not happy by hearing this because on sunday my stomack was also painning i brought the pack on friday from dmart i started the pain on sunday in stomack i taught that this is because i drink colddrink but now i am damn sure that this is because of chocos duet i want you take the action and refundin 175 rs doesnt mean my stomack pain money for the doctor has waste i want to give you a fine 5000 rs but still i love chocos but now i hate it please take strick action and please give some return not only money of that pack

I bought 750gm pack of kellogg's museli; to my shock its actually corn flakes with little quantity of oats and other stuff that actually forms museli put in it. This is ridiculous, as kellogg's is cheating consumers by putting more quantity of cheaper item which is corn-flakes, instead of oats which is the very basis of museli. I should be able to return the peoduct and get my money back.

I opened kellog's chocos for eating and without checking i ate it with milk. but while eating i saw some brown colour worms inside. that was so gross. i am so worried i ate it. when i checked online, there were so many complaints found on the same issue. still the company is free to sell their product which can harm so many people. there was not only a single worm. there were hundreds of them in a single packet. unbelievable how government has given the company right to sell it and play with health of lakhs of people.
please take necessary action and ban the product as soon as possible.

I had served this in hot milk to my 4 year old son and luckily my wife spotted it while he was consuming. Please look below 2 images - spotted in dark brown color.

It made us extremely furious and we feel dejected over this gross negligence on hygiene.

Our family has been consuming kellog brands for years. My innocent little one does not even know if he has unknowingly consumed it in the past. As parents we feel guilty of giving him the cereal.

I purchased Kelloggs Muesli Nuts Delight Batch No. 7 April 17/07.34 T/A/70417 net wt 500 gm Rs 280, which I purchased in May 2017. I opened it 10 days back to find cockroaches and other small insects coming out of a small opening on the side where the 2 sides of the foil join and some muesli also in the box.
The box was sealed and so was the aluminium foil except on the side of the foil. You may want to recall the items you have distributed already. I certainly will have to think twice before I buy the next pack of Kelloggs if I do. Because from outside it is not clear if the content is edible or not.

I purchased the box of cornflakes from a local grocery store in vashi, navi mumbai. Batch number as given in the attached photo.
The quality of the corn flakes was very poor as the flakes are not getting soaked in milk at all..
My entire box of cornflakes has gone waste and so has my trust in the quality of food products offered by kellogg's.
On requesting the shopkeeper to take a complaint and raise it to kellogg's, it was turned down upfront by the shopkeeper with reason that kellogg's as a company is very rude and never entertains any complaints whatsoever.
Surprised by the image that kellogg's has built among the consumers, it further diminishes the trust in the products offered by kellogg's.

Hope the company wishes to have a goodwill among the consumers and thus requesting the company to compensate for the loss i have incurred by buying kellogg's cornflakes.

Hi, Recently i purchased kellogs corn flakes from groceries stores ..i.e., Heritage foods and D-Mart. We consume 875 gms kellogs pack per week. Of the 10 packs(ziplock) each of 875 gms., contents of one of the packs are defective i.e., they are not frosted in the raw form. Details of the pack. MFD. 21JAN17/02:35, RS.285. B.NO T5C210117.
I hope kellogs addresses this issue, otherwise i will have to stop buying kellogs products. Many more customers would have come across this. Brand name of kellogs is at Risk. Thanks, Naresh.

I bought a pack of kellogg's cornflakes with almond and real honey today from a supermarket. I opened the packet and poured a cup of cornflakes to a bowl of milk for breakfast. To my surprise, i noticed 2 white coloured worms floating in my bowl. First, i thought that might be a broken piece of cornflake but on close examination i noticed it was indeed a larva like insect or worm. I rushed to grab a strainer, took a handful of cornflakes, put in strainer and shook that quantity. I saw 3-4 live worms falling on surface and crawling. I again took another sample and repeated the process and the result was same. I now feel peukish just at the thought of eating cornflakes. This is really a disgusting and shameful act by the company to serve indians with such breakfast stuff. I also saw a hell lot of customer complaints already for this case since 2011. What the hell is the company doing? Why FDA is not responding to such pathetic behaviour by company? Is company waiting to get banned for supplying this product just like nestle maggie? The company should be sued for doing this for years for which no progress has been done yet. I am surely going to switch to another brand for cornflakes. Whoever customer or consumer is reading this can also try this test at home and you will surely going to detest this company for playing ugly with our health. Kelloggs you have failed to earn our trust and you will face circumstances soon.

I buy pack of kelloggs cornflakes from big bazar EDM Mall Anand Vihar and today when i was eating my cornflakes in breakfast i notice something is moving in bowl and when i take a close look i see its a kind of larva and it make me mad now i wanna log a complaint for that and I'm going to take a action about that bcz they are selling this kind of stupid product with insects

I purchased the kellogs chocos from Reliance mart @ shaikpet on 5 March2016, Opened on the next day After 2 days I found many small bugs in chocos. Really its a very bad thing in chocos first time. Today onwards never buy kellogs company products.
don't buy chocos which was 3-4 moths old, you may realise after open the packet.

My child who is 8 was having chocos when he bit into something very hard. When he spat it out it was a stone like particle within one of the chocos pieces. I was shocked to see such a harmful particle in Kellogg's chocos one of the most trusted brands by mothers all over the world. It almost broke my son's tooth !! Would like an mediate action on this. I have pictures too but unable to upload here.
