Dear Team,

I was given product overview at my purchase of Kelvinator 500 ltr side by side refrigerator on 27/05/2022 from Sheetal Seva, Navsari -396445, but sadly the product was not in stock with the dealer, he asked to order the product first to get the demo to which we ordered the refrigerator which was delivered to us on 31/05/2022.

The demo for the same was arranged after 4 days by the dealer because of our unavailability at the place we asked to give demo on 29/06/2022.

The executive of Kelvinator visited our place on 29/06/2022 and while giving the demo he found the ice tray was damaged (please note he was the one to unbox the product) to which he asked us to raise a complain with dealer, we raised our concern to the dealer and the owner of Sheetal Seva denied to replace the product.

As a loyal customer I feel disheartened to see such kind of behaviour from one of the dealers of world's renowned brand Kelvinator, I urge to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as there's no fault at my end and I've invested my hard earned money on it.

I have been purchased Kelvinator Refrigerator on 20.2.2022, from M/s ALFA Electronics, 2142, Old Bus St and Road, Tri Nagar, New Delhi-110035. Product has complete only four month and Refigerator is not giving cooling properly hence it is requested kindly depute your firm representative along with accessories as required.

I sent complaint mail to care.[protected]@resq.in on 4.6.22 and the allotted service I'd is [protected]. Two gentlemen Ramachandran Kannan & Shabnoor Shaikh replied that service persons will contact me. But till now no phone, sms or visit. It is a 2 months old AC but used just for 20 days only. Now poor cooling in the shortest span. Very poor customer service irks me a lot. Pl arrange to set it in the next 24 hours lest i will highlight my plight in social media too. Consumer court is also in my mind.

Your service men is not a good understanding talking rudely and behaviour is so bad.

I have a Kelvinator Refrigerator DC 190L KRD-A210DBP, which I bought on 22nd April 2022 from MK Electronics, main road vasant kunj Mahipalpur, Delhi . For the past 2 week, the fridge has not been performing - it's not cooling at all. It appears that there is something wrong with the compressor itself.' This morning, I called up the customer care in my state and tried to lodge a complaint with them. The response I received was very lukewarm. Instead of helping me or educating me, . This was not desirable from the house of Kelvinator. We swear by Kelvinator when it comes to refrigerator. I would request you to take my complaint and act since it is summer time and you will appreciate that it is difficult to survive without a working fridge. pls resolve my complain as soon as possible

Sir I have purchased kelvinator 5 star inverter AC before 15 days. It's making too noise. I call to installation engineer and sales team but both are not responding.
Please provide me help.

I am chandan kumar bought a refrigerator from reliance digital through online in chandigarh in april monthWhen i received this product 2 problems identified by me and your technician visit at my home.There is too much heating and the door is forcefully opened. The whole fridge shakes when I open the refrigerator door.And many times i called you for resolution but every i get an excuse from your side that replacement is processed.So kindly do the needful as soon as possible. As I am totally frustrated from your non performing action for my complaint.This is the first time I have seen in my life to take so much time to make a decision for a replacement for a new product purchase.This is also breaking the trust from the Kelvinator product and services.
I hope you will be fully satisfied with my concern and take immediate action on it.

I buy kelvinator 1.5 ton ac in previous month, only 10 days I used ac, and then ac not cooling. I complained every day from 8 days, but no response.

Compressor not working

I have taken 1.5-ton 5-star invertor split AC, but it is damaged from inside, and there is some technical fault also, I have repeatedly spoken to the seller but not responding yet, and not given Invoice, and not specified about warranty,

The refrigerator that I have purchased 6 months ago is not cooling properly. And there is issue with its cooling unit.

Hi i have recently requested a double door refrigerator service. They didn't service properly. And its been an week as i raised complaint. They are nor responding properly. They have changed compressor also. But problem is not solved. So plz take immediate action for this

I had purchased Kelvinator AC from Reliance digital Gaur city mall on 20th March 2022. The sales representative was nice & humble, made big promises and praised the service of Kelvinator. He promised that the AC would get installed with in 72 hours of our purchase. Today I’m sitting on 27th March, 168 HOURS has already passed, and the AC is just lying in my apartment. Almost daily we are calling the customer care numbers, sometimes they just put us on hold for indefinite time and sometimes they say the AC will be installed soon. We are tired of listening to the promises. From past few days, every day they say the AC will be installed in 1-2 days. I’m so disappointed with the kind of service Kelvinator is providing. The fake promises made by representatives is not something I expect from such a prestigious company. I’m going to give negative reviews of Kelvinator and Reliance digital. And if this continues for more number of days I will be left with no option but raise a complaint against these two.

I had placed an online order for one Kelvinator Electric Kettle Model No. KEKP00220 on 21 Feb 22 through JioMart portal (Order No.[protected]A). It was delivered to me by Ecom Express Courier Service on 07 Mar 22. On opening the package, the said kettle was found to be broken/ having a crack of about 2" length. I reported the damage via e-mail to JioMart on 09 Mar 22, immediately on opening the package. All details and proof was provided to them. I requested them for replacement of the product. All required details and proof have been submitted to them. JioMart responded by conveying that since the matter has not been reported within 24 hours of delivery, hence nothing can be done. So they did nothing. I then reported the matter to Kelvinator India. They were also provided with all details and proof. Their customer service called me after a couple of days and conveyed that they also cannot repair the plastic body. I then requested Kelvinator India for replacement, which they also point blank denied. Result is, that I am now stuck with a broken electric kettle for which I have paid Rs 500.00 to JioMart. It has a warranty of 2 years, which is of no use. I request for your intervention please.

I bhought kalvinator water heater 25 ltr in 31 out 2019 . Now water not work properly. Nobody take responsibility of this product . I called customer care . They ask my product is old

I had purchased refrigerator in 2014 compreasor warrant period is over but i call to kelvinator for paid service as i want to repair my product from a genuine kelvinator service provider but they directly told that if the product is in warranty then only kelvinator will see after it i am paying the money full for the service and the replaceable part then whats the problem for them to provide service
