I buy kelvinator 1.5 ton ac in previous month, only 10 days I used ac, and then ac not cooling. I complained every day from 8 days, but no response....

I have taken 1.5-ton 5-star invertor split AC, but it is damaged from inside, and there is some technical fault also, I have repeatedly spoken to the seller but not responding yet, and not given Invoice, and not specified about warranty,
