      I Shivam Goel bought a Kelvinator refrigerator on 11 November, 2020. It's model number is KRF- A270ISV. Since last week it has started giving problems and is not providing any cooling.           KWC 51 cooler rotor problem

                  I have purchased a double door kelvinator refrigerator from reliance digital Shillong on 08 Dec 2020.
                  It stopped working on 24 Dec 2020.
                  I lodged a complaint with kelvinator customer care on 25 Dec 2020.
                  I again registered my complaint on 02 Jan 2021.
                  But I didn't get my refrigerator repaired till now and no response received.

                        I bought a kelvinator KRS-A600BKG refrigerator from Sargam Electronics on[protected]. The executive who was supposed to come for demo called in the morning to inform he would come for the demo once the refrigerator is delivered. After delivery I contacted him twice he said he would come but he did not turn up. I have been calling him again and again since 5.00 PM but he is not picking up the phone. I am switching on the refrigerator on my own with out any demo in case there is any technical fault due to this I would not be responsible either the company or the demo execute would be liable for that.                             I have bought this kelvinator fridge in year 2017. Cooling issue started in sept 2020 . I contacted kelvinator customer care on 16 sept ..then after 3-4 days a mechanic came and changed some hardwares and filled gas in the fridge and charged me 2050rs even my fridge was in warranty. After that the cooling issue didn't solved. then they said that your compressor is malfunctioning and will have to change it. And my compressor is in warranty . After that no one have contacted me and when I'm calling them no one is picking my calls. They took two thousand rupees from me for doing nothing. As the problem in the fridge was compressor it's in warranty. I want my refund and change of compressor.
