From last 2 days my fridge is not cooling. Kelvinator KN183EBR 170L....

My washing machine is not working. Last 3 days....

I have purchased a double door kelvinator refrigerator from reliance digital Shillong on 08 Dec 2020.
It stopped working on 24 Dec 2020.
I lodged a complaint with kelvinator customer care on 25 Dec 2020.
I again registered my complaint on 02 Jan 2021.
But I didn't get my refrigerator repaired till now and no response received....

Sir a 190 lt 4 star friege was purchased by me through Amazon on 21/10/2020 invoiced.This friege not cooling now.please solve the problem.

The Fridge is not cooling, we can hear the machine sound but the fridge isn't cooling...

I have bought this kelvinator fridge in year 2017. Cooling issue started in sept 2020 . I contacted kelvinator customer care on 16 sept ..then after 3-4 days a mechanic came and changed some hardwares and filled gas in the fridge and charged me 2050rs even my fridge was in warranty. After that the cooling issue didn't solved. then they said that your compressor is malfunctioning and will have to change it. And my compressor is in warranty...

I have bought kelvinator freeze in 2017. Compressor have warranty but company person and customer care telling no warranty. They are doing fraud with customer. Pls help us regarding it. Never buy any kelvinator product because they do fraud name of warranty....
