I have bought a kelvinator cooler with product name, cooler kelvinator kdc 72 from h-69a, dilshad garden, delhi-110095 on 26.05.2018 with invoice no. 375 by name varun (Rahul kumar). Its not even 3 months since i bought this product, and it kept starting working improperly as its motor pump isn't working well due to which cooler not giving cool air. I have conplaint it before also 2, 3 times but no service provider came to rescue. Kindly fixx my problem.

    I have online purchase ac by snapdeal 25 may 2016 invoice no is SA874F/16-17/5376 vardhman electronics but this time compressor is not working. compressor warranty is 5 years i have complent to kelvinator costumar care complent no is JAI[protected]. enginner visit to my home & total estimate of comressor changing is 3100. thats compressor is under warranty so i dont pay charges engenner is say to me that gas charges & visit charges you will pay but compressor is under warranty i am no paid charges

      I am resident of house no. 308, old housing board colony rohtak, haryana. I have a kelvinator refrigerator in my house. About 4 days back, the bulb of the refrigerator begin to have some issues. I registered a complaint on your customer care number. Yesterday, your technician named manoj came for fixing the issue and instead of fixing or replacing the bulb the said that this abnormal working of the bulb is okay and there is no issue with it. And secondly, the broke the door of the freezer and later said, “adjust with the broken door”. This behavior is unacceptable from a brand like yours. Each and every member of our family are practicing advocates in the district courts, rohtak and we know our rights and also the rules under which your company and your labours should act. Therefore, i insist you to take necessary action in this regard otherwise i will be compelled to take a legal action against your company.

        we purchased fridge from tambaram roja store on Feb 18 but its freezer not working .it not getting cool. we calling and tracking your service person last two months but no one response from your end . why this kind of service you doing please stop your service and especially our area service persons . we totally not satisfy to buy your properties .

          I am from rajkot, gujarat. I had purchased kelvinator fridge 2 years back and it's compressor is not working which is under warranty. I had contacted to kelvinator service provider from rajkot he said he will replace it in a week. But it's been more than a month and now i have been denied that compressor cannot be changed due to its non production or transportation problem..
          In that case what should i do. Please reply asap

              I have bought kelvinator ac 3 years ago.. Now the compressor stoped working. I complaint in the nearest service centre. They ask for 3500 for charging the gas with changing the compressor
              3500 rupees is much more than marketing price... If i request them that dont charge the gas just change the compressor they didnt agree with me.. No cooperation... Plz help n solve the matter immediately

                  The machine is not working. After calling so many time to customer care no one paid a visit. Very poor service assistance. When i called to this no [protected] its always ringed as busy. After calling so many time no ome responded. There is no alternate number i found on internet. I am facing this problem since last 16 months. Please get this problem solve. Mechanic paid visit 2 or 3 times but this problem is not solved. The timer of the machine is not working. I hope that this complain will get solved.

                    I am vajir alam and i have kalvinator freez before 4 year at this time created more problem. Please i am trying from 1 week and talk to many customers care but untill now not solve my problem. Please nowdays i am passing through to much problem because i am passing through fasting and at this time need cold water but not available. Please fix my issue.

They even told it has arrived but as we contacted them they again shamelessly told it hasn't arrived .so much irresponsible behaviour

                      I would like to bring you a kind notice that my (Ref no. Hyd[protected]) have a problem with ac outdoor split unit fan motor rod as per your service provider the spare part is not available and it takes at least one week, that also there are informing me after i call them today they are least bothered to inform the customer, so i ask how it is possible that you are the official channel to provide me after sales service you people is not having spare parts and if at at all just assume will not get the spare parts after one week and maybe you will get after summer so what is the use o[censored]sing your product so he answered me i can't do anything if you want i will continue with your job you will have to wait until you get your spare parts or you can repair it any where you want then i ask your area in charge contact no, [protected] mr rajiv from him also i got the same reply and he talked to me in a tone that he's doing me a favor talking to me.

                      So why i am writing this mail because after i used it for one year i am very satisfied with your product i recommend to my brother and sister's we all together bought another five unit now when it broke down our trust shattered i am having bad experience of after sales service and the technician they came are not so professional with no proper tools and again went to bring the tools wasting our time.
                      I request the person concerned to do the needful at the earliest.

                        I have bought a kelvinator fridge double door (Red colour) model in the month of may 2015. I have faced some cooling problem and noise since april 2018. I booked online call (Ref: che[protected] by durairaj [protected] svc point [protected] &[protected] dt.04.05.2018) to customer care they send service engineer and said fridge its in warranty coverage and service engineer checked the problem and asked to wait for week time to replace the compressor. The service engineer asked the original bill its also produced in the service provider office (Ref: che[protected] by durairaj [protected] svc point [protected] &[protected] dt.04.05.2018). Please support to provide the warranty service as per policy (5yrs warranty on compressor from the date of purchase).

                        But, the call center says the service call in pending for "bill not submitted" how it is happening? Again checked with the service center they says its pending due to compressor not received from the company. If not able to supply means system will update automatically as "bill not submitted".

                        I called several time after the week time they have not responding even over mail or in direct approach. Which is very much irritating. I also called the service manager in-charge his mobile is not reachable and one is out of order (Given by call center) the call center not attending my phone after words. It is almost two months i am suffering for service.

                        I request you take this matter very seriously otherwise i will go to the consumer court and claim all the damages.

                        If it is like that who blaming? Either company call center or company or service provider?

My problem is that my fridge is not working it smells and then after it is not reacting anymore.send anyone to see our Fridge's problem.it is in warranty. I think the problem is in compresser.                                       I hope most of the picture about the problems i faced and is currently facing due to your branded and esteemed company manufactured fridge and the service extraordinary service provided
                                      By kelvinator is clear.

                                      So in spite of writing again a long email about my trauma and agony i just want to make you aware about the situation as: - the day i bought that fridge from the very same day my problems started and its never ending like you can see fro my previous mail. Only one better thing happened that i shifted to delhi so winters saved me from your fridge trauma but again summers came and my trauma with your fridge started as again as usual no cooling.

                                      So, despite i am in huge dissatisfaction and agony with kelvinator and i don't like to brief you again a bout the problems a man can face in summers with a faulty fridge.

                                      So, in spite i would like to humbly request you to kindly replace the fridge as i again don't want the same mistake of calling your engineers who do no good job earlier also.
                                      In spite of spending millions on ads you guys should really look into your customers problems for you its a unit you sold but for somebody is daily need essential.
                                      So, i request you to change it at earliest.

                                      By this mail i like to address the issues and problems i am facing with a kelvinator fridge i bought. I would like to mention that i bought kelvinator fridge model : kn183ebr on[protected] from bharat elctronics bhubaneshwar, orissa,

                                      I registered a complain on[protected] ref no: bhu[protected] as fridge was not cooling but as the technician arrived it started cooling automatically while i switched it on/off, leaving no use of technician as he checked and went back.

                                      Now i thought the problem finished but then again on[protected] fridge cooling again stopped so i then again filed a complain on your customer care ref no: bhu[protected] after which same technician visited again and after checking he came to a conclusion that there is gas choking problem with fridge for which he will come with some machine next day, but regrettably no next day cam yet so i then again called on[protected] again for which i received same message for service and same response telling somebody will visit.

                                      I would like to highlight that being such a big brand name in the market, why wouldn't you be spending more time and devotion on your customer service as you can may be understand my agony of calling customer care again and again and also mental trauma i am facing because new fridge is not working which otherwise affecting my daily life as you can imagine.
                                      Also which service will take 5 days and no response.

                                      So if you can take up this issue and take a quick action to sort this issue out that would be grateful.

                                      By this mail i like to address the issues i am facing with the kelvinator fridge i bought, by the earlier mail u can understand the agony and problems i faced earlier but that was resolved then.
                                      Details shared in previous mail.

                                      Now its pains me to write again and go through all the problems again as the fridge stopped cooling again. I want to raise few points by this mail and want you to look into the matter:

                                      1. Why should a consumer buy a new product when it will act as an old one.

                                      2. Why he should go through all the trauma because of the product failure time to time.

                                      3. Daily routine is disturbed, all the things inside the fridge rot and would like to mention when somebody has a new born baby what problems parents has to face because of our product fail as maybe you know a baby needs milk every 2-3 hour and your product is not fit enough to do that.

                                      4. Calling customer care and getting response from executive that system is slow and i should call after sometime and again calling after sometime and he as usual ask about fridge distance from the wall as if who keeps a fridge as center table and telling to defrost and wait for 3 hours and your cooling will be back.in my whole life i have traveled cities and lived in many cities and your fridge and customer care is acting like we are living in the third world and just been introduced to technology. As if in that 3 hours fridge will download some software for itself.

                                      5. Now i don't want to call again customer care and share my sad story of non cooling of fridge and again hear some pathetic advice.
                                      Instead i am writing this mail so as you can understand the frustration i am facing.

                                      6. And more over how can i get a message that my issue has been resolved just by telling me to defrost fridge and wait for 3 hours. How confident they are that they know that no issue will be there afterwards.

                                      I would like to request you to look into the issue and get the fridge repaired or changed, whatsoever you want to do but please do that asap.
                                      Again i don't want to mention about company brand and customer satisfaction you guys should consider as i already mentioned in previous mail.

                                      And moreover don't force anybody to go through different channels to address the issue.

                                      I registered a complain on[protected] ref no: bhu[protected] as fridge was not cooling but as the technician arrived it started cooling automatically while i switched it on/off, leaving no use of technician as he checked and went back.
                                      Now i thought the problem finished but then again on[protected] fridge cooling again stopped so i then again filed a complain on your customer care ref no: bhu[protected] after which same technician visited again and after checking he came to a conclusion that there is gas choking problem with fridge for which he will come with some machine next day, but regrettably no next day cam yet so i then again called on[protected] again for which i received same message for service and same response telling somebody will visit.

                                      I would like to highlight that being such a big brand name in the market, why wouldn't you be spending more time and devotion on your customer service as you can may be understand my agony of calling customer care again and again and also mental trauma i am facing because new fridge is not working which otherwise affecting my daily life as you can imagine.
                                      Also which service will take 5 days and no response.

                                      So if you can take up this issue and take a quick action to sort this issue out that would be grateful.
