I have bought kelvinator ac 3 years ago.. Now the compressor stoped working. I complaint in the nearest service centre. They ask for 3500 for charging the gas with changing the compressor
3500 rupees is much more than marketing price... If i request them that dont charge the gas just change the compressor they didnt agree with me.. No cooperation... Plz help n solve the matter immediately...

I buy washing machine on 30 march 2016 after that there are many time of problem occursim machine and many of time mechanic remove the problem but after several days that problem again occur and today machine drain the water automatically when we fill the water in wash dub and it does not work properlythis type of problem before occur when i buy machine...

I have bought a kelvinator fridge double door (Red colour) model in the month of may 2015. I have faced some cooling problem and noise since april 2018. I brought refrigerator on 12th march, 2016 (Invoice no. Del_lhr_03l[protected]. Since yesterday (20th may, 2018) my refrigerator is not working it seems that compressor is not working. As per owner's manual compressor has additional 4 years warranty. So please send a person to check the refrigerator as early as posible.

Please aligned Service engineer to check the problem. We have purchased a refrigerator on 22.04.16 from dhanbad, but presently we were located at sikkim. Further we are facing problem of cooling in refrigerator on call to a local engineer, he checked & advice that the compressor is not working well and we have to change the compressor.

Please confirm whether the same has been covered under warranty and how we will get it repaired from company.

I have purchased kelvinator split ac because i trust kelvinator brand from 15 years, i am attaching the details of ac purchase it was dated 10 july 2016, and its compressor stop working in less then 2 years, but i am glad that your world class brand gives warranty for 4 years.

I am a user of your kelvinator refrigerator. None of any number exist. First of all send your right number with the packet of refrigerator.
