Kelvinator — Demo executive did not come whole day

I bought a kelvinator KRS-A600BKG refrigerator from Sargam Electronics on[protected]. The executive who was supposed to come for demo called in the morning to inform he would come for the demo once the refrigerator is delivered. After delivery I contacted him twice he said he would come but he did not turn up. I have been calling him again and again since 5.00 PM but he is not picking up the phone. I am switching on the refrigerator on my own with out any demo in case there is any technical fault due to this I would not be responsible either the company or the demo execute would be liable for that.
