Dear Sirs,
I live in Egypt.
I bought a Kelvinator washing machine on July the 15th 2016.
it was installed on July the 21st.
I used it 3 times. On the fourth time the door lock light kept flashing and whistling .
I called the service center it's called Azmi.
I had the worst service ever. Totally unexpected .
They sent me 2 technicians in 2 times. They both took everything out and unplugged all the connections and they were totally unfamiliar with the model. I don't think the washing machine will work again after what happened 2 times. And they did not diagnose the problem. And to find a way out the told me it's the voltage of the plug .
Totally does not make sense to me. I have a dishwasher 4 A/Cs, an LCD. And lots of sensitive appliances. If it was the voltage it should have ruined lots of these appliances.
I kept on calling for a week. They tell me go to where you bought it from. I bought it from Egypt's duty free store . I went to them they told me we can't help you . You have to deal with the agent. I started calling them again. Told the employee that I need to talk to your boss or the owner or anybody in charge.
He gave me the owner's number.
I called him " Adel Azmi ", told him the whole story. And I told him that I bought an expensive appliance so that I can guaranty the service and the quality of the inner parts. And here is what I get a lousy service and an undurable appliance which was broke after using it 3 times.
He was terribly rude .
Anyways I am defiantly shocked that a big multinational company like yours give the agency to such a company like Adel Azmi!!!
And I am stuck with a brand new BROKEN washing machine .
That only operated 3 times. The most expensive 3 washes in my life.
I don't want this washing machine anymore. Either a new one or my money. I did not buy a new machine to fix it after using it 3 times.
