I have got my refrigerator delivered on 10th july, 2016 . Once defrosting the freezer, accidentally punctured the freezer and the all gas got leaked. I have filed for the service since it was just a month. I have filed my complaint on 6th august, 2016. My reference number is del[protected] which i have received in message on that very day. Till now there have been two visits from the company but still my freezer have not been replaced. I have agreed to pay rs2, 500 for the new freezer as the fault was from our side but now its going to month end but no response. Yesterday on 29th august, i have got a message that the reference number is cancelled. Till now i am just waiting for the services. Was this information helpful? |
