[Resolved] Kelvinator — Refrigerator service | |||
Around two years back we purchased a kelvinator refrigerator. With the usage the gasket was torn and i request a service appointment to fix the problem on 14/09/2016. My request number is mad[protected]. A service engineer showed up on next day and note down the model number of refrigerator and billed me 500 rupees by giving a receipt for 450 rupees. He claimed that they do not have the stock for this model and they will order from madurai and it will get resolved within 4 days. But nothing happened. I called area in charge for service at this number [protected] around 4 times to get an update on my service appointment. I got a very poor and unresponsive response from him and finally one person called me and claim that he is from service center ([protected]) and he told my service appointment was cancelled by the company and as usual he never responded properly on my queries. I need to know why my service response was cancelled without intimating me and what about the money i paid for the service appointment. Is it just for note down the number.
