Kelvinator — Worst fridge

Hiii I have to purchase kelvinator fridge the Name Mr Anil kumar last November 2020 i n Uttar pradesh. Still 6 months are not used that kelvinator fridge are not cool I ve to complain the service center mr akash is come to my home damage my fridge and say your fridge was replace within week but last one months spent not any action is it.

Last 1 months are left but Mr Shushil kumar and Mr Alok chandra Area Sales manager of kelvinator reliance group are said only when store are open I see that ..why should I purchase freez if no one can resolve my problem within two days. I put fridge I to flame ..
