KEM Hospital Pune — 25% Money recovery from employee's salary from KEM Admin for claim refunds on Medical bills.

Employees who work for KEM health research projects at Vadu are insured with "mediclaim group insurance".
The insurance premium is deducted from their salaries. Say for example 5000 rupees per Lac coverage depending upon employees total coverage.

Insurance company is bearing the entire risk and repaying the medical bills as per claim to the individual insured person.

But KEM administration (Pune) is planning to deduct 25% of the claimed amount which the insured person has received from the insurance company against the legitimate medical bills submitted by recovering from employee's salary in a span of 3-4 months.

Which i feel is unethical on their part to even think on this subject.

Please it is an earnest request from the citizen to KEM admin to not do such ridiculous act for few profits.

Consumer Complaint handling team should question these admin dept and get justice for the employee's.
