Hi my name is rachna sheth. I have done my ucg on 8th january, 2018 at 1.30 & dr chordiya asked me to collect report after an hour. Still i came to collect my report at 3.30 & still report yet not ready. I asked them & they said again need to wait half an hour because they have only one typist. My baby is only 2 years old & told them that he is crying pl do fast but the attitude o[censored]r staff is totally arrogant. Front desk lady was fought with me n asking me to speak slowly inspite of doing my work fast. I asked them to email my reports but again service not available. After completion of my report too ur typist not informing me that mam ur report a given to receptionist pl collect inspite of that m standing near to ur typist office. Again rude behaviour.in computerizedds era still u ppl believing in maintaining record in papers. Seriously everywhere i have seen attitude in ur staff. They are behaving with us like we are unenducated. I won't do any of mine nor my son sonography with you ppl in future. I know u won't get any effect whether i vl come or not. Ur rude staff is spoiling ur reputation. I[censored] have cctv look at the clip & see your staff behaviour.
