KEM Hospital Pune — Reject my cashless request | |||
Sir/Madam, I have sugary procedure on this Friday 05-May-2017 (morning 07am) at KEM hospital Rasta Peth Pune but this hospital TPA people denied me to process my cash less request by giving non sense reasons. kindly help me out and do something as soon as possible. I tried your customer support number as well as New India customer support but no one helping me out. I have very less time its a medical emergency. if i will not get right support on right time so i will take this issue to consumer court. kindly find the attachment of Hospital notice and my MD India card. Dr anand pandit made fun of parent who with his infant came in an emergency condition for child was having diarrhea and subjected to be admitted told in other hospital yet knowing problems of child Dr anand made fun by laughing & told child was normal and he took his complete fees such worst is the medical treatment provided by Dr's and hospital.
