Training coordinators/ consulting firm/ llp what ever they may claim legally,

Authorized website {https://kenandheadway.com/} and through which their team contacted me and got my complete training fee by giving me false hopes)
Training coordinating agency / consulting firm as you are claiming,

This is yuvaraj. A, one who paid my complete fee as quoted in an all
Inclusive special offer by team ken and headway
([protected]@kenandheadway.com) - rs.26000/- on 19th october 2018 for my
Cehv10 five days, full-day, weekend training with ec-council exam and
Certification.

I hereby mentioning that i have all evident complete detailed documents including,

1) your special offer quotation (Received from [protected]@kenandheadway.com),
2) my online sbi fee payment transaction details (Completed payment of
Rs.26000/- using the link from [protected]@kenandheadway.com),
3) my confirmation email regarding completion of course registration
And fee payment for 5 days weekend cehv10 training, exam &
Certification
4) complete whatsapp and email conversations where i shared my personal id proof - driving license, photo and filled in ken and
Headway registration form with them.

At first they continuously changed the training dates several times without providing any proper reasons, when i forced them to provide me proper communication through email alone, those people became dumb silent and are not at all willing to provide me response.
Even after all my emails day after another. They don't even tried to contact me and never provided me any single response.

But when i enquired for the same cehv10 training with
Certification in their same ken and headway website mentioned above with a different name as
(Appu), with mobile number (63xxxxxx33) and new email
Id (Appu. [protected]@gmail.com).
Astonishingly, those people (Lavanya from ken and headway team with
Mob. No.[protected]) immediately contacted me through my newly
Enquired mobile no.63xxxxxx33 and gave me all the details regarding
Cehv10 training with certification. I also have the sms
Conversation and recorded phone call conversation of their ken and
Headway team member lavanya.

Its complete cheating act (420). Those people are knowingly following
Ways like this to cheat people in the name of consulting firm and
Organizing training's and loot their money. I don't know how dare those
People following such illegal way of malpractices to earn money and
Left free by our government legal bodies.

Not only me there are lot of reviews and complaints posted online over the same ken and headway regarding the same cheating in the name of organizing trainings issue exactly similar which i am facing.

I had given my final warning from my side. I just decided to give those people one more day time tomorrow[protected]Whole day) to decide and rectify their faults and to provide me proper solution for all the sufferings, worries and frustration i incurred due to ken and headway team.

If not, it wont be nice anymore from me. I decided to directly visit their ken and headway registered office at numgambakkam and will stage my protest there on facebook live and to register my formal police complaint.

Some questions to the ken and headway team and management:

What sort of professionalism and moral attitude your ken and headway
Team possess?

Are you people not at all willing to share me proper timely response?

Do you people think you don't have to share me your working contact
Number (Mobile or land-line) for reaching out to you people even after
I raised my concern regarding all your contact numbers were mobile
Phone numbers were switched off (Which all used all way by you
People). Still your ken and headway team never objected or deferred
With my concerns raised over all your contact numbers being switched
Off scenario.

Don't t you people have any moral responsibility at all for both the above?

Kindly remember that even though i mentioned all my queries, requested
For response many a times.

Later written down all my sufferings and frustrations created by
Your ken and headway team as an email in which i attached our
Honourable government's legal and executive officers of chennai city
In email cc under which your chennai office jurisdiction comes under
But still you people opted to being dumb all the way.
It won't be good anymore and your team alone is
Responsible for all the future happenings.

I am telling you people for the one final time that your ken and
Headway team which got my money rs.26000/- before three months,
Breached your own words of promise every time on training schedules,
Gave many unprofessional reasons, never gave me any timely, proper &
Reliable responses and now opted to switch off all your contact
Numbers to prevent me from reaching you for my issue resolution &
Never respond back to and even never acknowledged my emails alone is
Responsible for all the mental torture, frustration and worry now i am
Suffering.

Don't spoil my peace of mind anymore for the alone reason of choosing
Your training / consultant firm ken and headway for my cehv10
Training, exam with ec-council certification.

Now i am continuing with my above complaint over ken and headway consulting firm operating from nungambakkam, chennai in consumer complaints forum,

After all all those failure efforts, i finally wrote my complaint email with all evidences in which i did attached the email id's of,
1) our honourable chennai district collector's office and his personal
Officer,
2) our honourable commissioner of chennai city police,
And
3) honourable chief minister of tamilnadu's established special cm cell for
People welfare,
In email cc just to make by stand strong legally if they
Decide to play any stunts later to through the blame me for these issues and cheat further.

Once again i am requesting those people (Ken and headway) that there are numerous business to earn money. Kindly don't play with people hard earned money, emotions and feelings in the name of training/consulting firm and education business.

By the way, i believe that law will hold it's position in for the affected people like me having truth on our side and hopes the law will stand tall and even punish such offenders like ken and headway timely without fail by procedures to save the time, energy, hard earned money and future of many other indian citizens.
