I signed ken technology as an agreement when they did not work and they have been asking me a lot of 10, 000 to cancel the agreement. I'm shocked
when i saw a lot of companies at the same address

Subject: captcha entry fraud

Dear sir/madam

This is in reference to the above company and subject. Recently i have signed a contract to take up captcha typing work from home through this ken technology, though the contract terms are one sided (Copy attached) and there is no scope for worker/freelancer, all terms in contract says everything in favour of company. Though i understood the same then also i thought that every online company or individual may not be fraud, however this company ken technology too turned out to be another scam. I signed the contract as i was and i am in disparate need of job.
After i signed the contract, they sent me my user id and password and their captcha typing mobile app. (All communication regarding issues faced is attached herewith). The app looked fine initially, however it had a bug or now should i say deliberate move to keep user confused of the work completed in a day or days, it (The app) used to reset it's counting of captcha typed anytime after it reached 150 mark. The other uncomfortable thing in this was the background of captcha to be typed, then some alphabets like capital "i" and small "l" (Alphabet l) which looks alike. I raised this issue of background and alphabet merger with background but they say that you can identify the differences, but in reality you cannot differentiate.
Why i feel that i am cheated and this company ken technology is a fraudulent because in first place they prepared an mobile app which has bugs, no clear session wise report/s is generated in details, the captcha counter resets after crossing 150 mark anytime, the captcha background was not removed or modified, neither the fonts used in it where changed, and, above all this difficulty they have set a target of 90% accuracy which i think nobody can achieve as the mobile app used to generate more then 10/15% of captchas containing alphabets capital "i" or small alphabet "l" (L) and this with the shabby background more mistakes will be done which ultimately will disqualify you even you complete your task in given time frame. Means, you will pay penalty or whatever even after completing task target.
After all this circumstances evolved around i once again opened the contract to check for their authorised signatory's name and phone number or for owners contact details, i was unable to locate one. I now am confirmed that this is a fraud and scam and i am being cheated.
As the 10 days time period given to complete the task ended on feb 20, 2020, and i was unable to complete the task because of various issues with the mobile app they provided. Now today they have dashed me a notice to pay them money as per contract or face legal action.
Sir i in the first place am cheated with this contract and now they have dashed the notice for recovery, please help me in this and advise.

I got a call from a ken technology company 17 feb 2020. They said me captcha's job is to complete 10, 000 captcha in 10 days. They asked for the identity card and i sent it. I did it all. They sent me an agreement software saying upload photos and signatures in it. Then they gave me a verification call and asked me if you would like to work. Then i said yes to that company.
After all this, when i searched on google for that company i realized that this is all fraud. They understood that people were withdrawing money and at the same time i told them to cancel it all, but that day they did not reply to me. I told them that i do not want to work for you and i read about your company on google. He then said that if you want to cancel the agreement, give 6900 and if not you will take legal action against you.
He said that if you do not give us rs 6900, you will have a panelty of 6900 × 11 months and you will have to come to court. These fraud companies take money by blackmailing in the court's name and harming people mentally.

I m from kolkata. Few days ago i gt a messge on wtspp from a no. & they told me abut captcha job.in 10 days i have to submit.. They sign from me digital agreement & later on i canvel the job evn they told me tht it cancelled & now they r calling mailing me tht to give money 12580. For a student its a huge amount.. I search ^ found tht its a fraud they r taking the amount & evn telliung to come court r tehy will jail.. As astudent i cnt afford all this. Main thing is if they r telling it cancelled y i will pay i hv not done anythg wrng.. Plzz hlp me out & tke legal actions... Plz

Sir, i got a call from one lady on 6 feb. And she told me to do online captcha work, she said no need to pay registration fees and the registration fees will deducted from my salary and at that time she didn't mention about agreement and i registered with my addhaar card. And i started the work whole day as i need to complete 10000 capt cha in 10 days and later they send me about i have to correct 90% accuracy. I work whole day and when i entered correctly also after submitted it shows wrong. So i failed to 90% accuracy. And now they are demanding money 7000 otherwise they will file case against me. Ye company 10 din me 10000 capture type karne ka kam deta hai aor kam na pura hone per ya kam sahi hone ke baujud kam me galti dilate hai sir 6900 ka mang karte hai aor 11 manth plantry ke daor per 50000 ka mang karte hai aor farji adocate se phone karwa ke dhamkate hai. Is company ka name ken technology hai aor bhi ek company hai deccan database name ka ye bhi 3999 ka mang karta hai mere sath ek bar ye ho chuka hai aor dusri bar ken technology se kam ka jhansa mila hai lekin inko nhi pata ki mai ek reporter hu.

I got a call from this company. Being a student i got really happy that i'm getting a job and i didn't think much. But afterwards after registering and seeing their app mails and all it really seemed fake and cheap. I immediately messaged the woman who was in contact and asked her that i want to back out. They also put a condition that i have to do the work with 90% accuracy which is not possible in case of captachas as the difference between small l and capital i cannot be determined. Also it is in their hand how many captachas they wanna give green light. Now they sent me a mail asking to pay 6900 rs and threatening me to send a legal notice at my home. I'm really worried what to do? Will they really conduct legal proceedings against me?

मैंने ये पहली बार देखा है कि अगर हम काम वक़्त पर खत्म नहीं कर पाते है तो हमे उसकी कीमत चुकानी होती है और हमारे ऊपर दबाव डाला जाता है कि अगर आपने इस काम की कीमत नहीं चुकाई तो आपके ऊपर कोर्ट केस किया जायेगा और मेरे एक फ़ोन आता है जिसमे एक लड़की मुझसे बोलती है कि आप 6900 रुपए जमा करवाओ आपने गलती की है और एक फर्जी एग्रीमेंट के तहत ये सब होता है उस एग्रीमेंट में ना तो किसी वकील के हस्ताक्षर है और ना ही किसी कोर्ट का approve किया हुआ सील और उस लड़की का ये कहना था कि मुझे नोटिस आएगा काम पूरा नहीं किया तो आपसे निवेदन है मेरा की इस कंपनी ने बहुत से लोगो को धोखा दिया है तो इसमें जल्दी से जल्दी पकड़वाए

My name is akshay nangare. I took a job form ken technology job is about typing captcha they insisted me that i have to type 10000 captcha within 10 days with 90 percent accuracy. I have send my picture and the picture of my signature (I did not manually sign any contract) as well as the picture of my brother aadhar card. They assured me that the work will be very easy and they have a huge number of customer doing this work and non of them have failed but that was not the case the job was impossible to complete because their was many technical errors within the app which prevent anyone from completing the job like be could not tell the difference between i, l l, i, 0, o and /, and many more errors like unable to login etc. They also provide a complain department phone number but when i call then that where either busy or switch off for this reason i could not even contact them about my problem and the end i could not complete the job and now they are blackmailing me. That will file a legal case against to me now as i have denied to pay them the money as at this moment i got to understand that it was a fake contact. That are constantly blackmailing me and i am scared now i searched online about this job and ken technology and found out that the company is very fraud as i saw a complain against this company. I am mentally exhausted from their blackmailing please help me to scape from this track. Please help me to get out this blackmailing.

They call me on 4th feb 2020 for work from home and said that you will get 30, 000rs for 10, 000 captcha that means 3rs for one captcha but you have to give 6900 rs registration amount this amount will be deducted from your salary that means you will get 23, 100rs. You get your salary when you give 90% accuracy in captcha filling i said ok but they don't tell me about agreement. After few minutes they send an agreement to sign it.

On feb 5 i received one call stating that capthas job they said u need not to pay anything now they are saying i[censored] want to close aggrement u need to pay 6900 + 5500 i paid 6900 again they are calling and tourchring me to pay extra 5500 other wise they will file a case against me their advocate stating that they will going out a case on me please help me with this

Date of incident - 6/2/2020. Aafrim (Sana sheik) -[protected]. Fraud companies are making fool to us they gave us part time job of entering correct captcha in form n submit it. When they fraud us and make fake fraud agreement with us. They gave us id and password and after that they give their executive no-[protected]. Also. Both the no. Are off. Just arrest them. They ask us to pay rs6900 if we do nott complete the task..in that agreement they ask us to open the app after 6 pm.
