I had paid my ward's school fee using bill desk via google pay and amount deducted from my account on April 04, 2022 at 12:05PM. Later I realized that the amount paid was not shown in the UBI Portal but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Hence I humbly request you to refund Rs. 1800/-, ie, paid through Google Pay +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Apr 8, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I visited the school principal and after hearing my problem, at once he said " Don't worry madam, the amount will be refunded very soon. Kv govt school hai aur govt ka paisa aise hi kahi nahi jata. Just for 2-3 days more and even if the problem persists, we're here to help you out". That relieved me so much and as he had said, the money got refunded back to my account. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
