[Resolved]  Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Request for Admission Despite Pending Correction in Students PEN Details

Respected Sir,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the admission of my child, Shivay Tiwari, to your school for the academic year 2025-26 for class 5th Unfortunately, the admission process has been hindered due to an error in the Personal Education Number (PEN) details.

We would like to inform you that the correction of the PEN is currently in process with the concerned authorities and may take some time to be finalized. However, we have all the relevant academic documents and records for the past two academic years, which clearly establish the student's eligibility and academic background.

In light of this, we kindly request you to proceed with the admission based on the available documents and allow us to submit the corrected PEN once the process is complete. Denying admission on this basis may cause unnecessary disruption to the student’s education and academic progress.
