Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Complaining about fee refund

We'have paid fee for 11th humanities That is 8100 on 15/10/2020 at 6:30 pm but after the whole process it shows 'this service is unavailable ' that's why we think that fee still not paid and at 10:30 pm it shows 'make payment ' option so we paid the fee. After that we get to know that fee is deducted twice. Please refund one time fee (8100 rupee) as soon as possible. Take some immediate action.
