Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Money is not Refunded yet.

I have paid my school fee on 15 oct from my UPI id to kendriya vidayalaya but money got deducted but receipt was not generated by website which afterward shows that fee was not paid. So that i paid the fee next time through my atm and got successful.
So it is almost 2 months passed my money amount₹2400 had not been refunded yet.
I belong to a middle class family ₹ 2400 matter very much for me.
Please please do the needful as soon as possible.
