Dear Sir,
I paid kendriya vidyalaya fees by online debit with debit card with Union Bank Of India online Fees collection portal of Rs 1, 800 of Two Students .
Payment is showing successful on app and My Punjab National Bank
account has deducted rs 3, 600 on 15.07.2021 at 2:08 pm .But The Deducted
Amount Not Credited to kendriya vidyalaya's UBI Online fees collection portal yet. And when i goes to check my payment status on UBI Online fees collection portal's payment history page the message showing on the portal page that Payment Initiated But Not Complete" This message is still on the payment history of the UBI Online fees collection portal . So I Want The Deducted Amount's Refund to my Punjab National Bank account as soon as possible.I Have the Student UID of these transactions.My Account Detail and Student id given below-
*PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE AND AND REFUND MY DEDUCTED AMOUNT AS SOON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
