I bought air cooler of Kenstar Comapany for my shop. The shopkeeper assured me that company resolves complains in 24h. The cooler started leaking in 7 days. As my product was in warranty I registered a complain. The executive came after 3 days instead of 24h and can't resolve the issue. I repeatedly complained in company as weather was so hot and even after several visits over the month the issue was not resolved and rather, it started throwing water when turned on and spoiled furniture and clothes that are sold on my shop costing me loss of 10000 rupees.

I asked the the company to replace the cooler if they can't stop leaking and throwing water as the cooler was useless for me when I needed it most. Since then I haven't heard back from the company.

I request you to take strict action against the company.

            Ceiling fan not working. Complaint updated in the month of July 2021 and repeatedly in the month of August 2021. Technician visited and take photocopy of bill and promised to replace the fan. After that I have got only harassment by them. Till today they are saying that the fan will be replaced soon please wait for 15-20 days.

                  Hi,

                  I have registered complaint on 14-May-2022 on Kenstar Customer Care and technician came next day to change fan motor but he has not provided cooler wheels and water tank valve.Also no alternate solution provided.

                  I have spent Rs 3200 but still unable to use my cooler as technician not provide cooler parts.

                          I have bought kenstar cooler, Even within 1 year we have raised multiple requests that cooler is not working, Without Resolution the requestes has been closed multiple times. Pathetic service for the customers even though warranty is there. Didn't felt like a good product like kenstar will do this kind of service .Its playing with customer's trust. I will never Buy from kenstar again due to this pathetic service.Even next summer will come and go, but your service wont complete to the customers.

                          Feeling so sad and writing this because of multiple requests has been closed without resolving, Is this how you will give services to the customers.
