Speed control buttons are not working sir...

From last 7-8 days there is noise in my ceiling fan. Sometimes upper cap of the same moves round and round.
Wish you to repair my fan and replace it.

Ceiling fan not working. Complaint updated in the month of July 2021 and repeatedly in the month of August 2021. Technician visited and take photocopy of bill and promised to replace the fan. After that I have got only harassment by them. Till today they are saying that the fan will be replaced soon please wait for 15-20 days.

I bought kenstar gas gyser on 10/05/2022 .yesterday it is not functioning.when on the gas& button of gyser it shows redlight but not ignite&also water is not heated.so, I ask to seller seller is don't respond so please solve the problem as early as possible Tq......

I have registered complaint on 14-May-2022 on Kenstar Customer Care and technician came next day to change fan motor but he has not provided cooler wheels and water tank valve.Also no alternate solution provided.

I have spent Rs 3200 but still unable to use my cooler as technician not provide cooler parts....

The kenstar glam 35r cooler is beeping even though water is fully filled...

I was purchased a Kenstar cooler model No# COOL GRANDE 60" from local dealer M/s ELITE CORPORATION of AURANGABAD. That cooler was purchased on dated 7th April'22, but that the time of delivery same cooler unseld. That dealer sold me duplicate cooler because last night this cooler was dead....

Electric gyeser leakage problem continue and repeated every 6mnth 3 time tank change...

I have bought kenstar cooler, Even within 1 year we have raised multiple requests that cooler is not working, Without Resolution the requestes has been closed multiple times. Pathetic service for the customers even though warranty is there. Didn't felt like a good product like kenstar will do this kind of service .Its playing with customer's trust. I will never Buy from kenstar again due to this pathetic service.Even next summer will come...

We bought the kenstar Hercules 100 air cooler .on 22 April.. it's just working like a normal fan... Not at all cooling...

Aircooler is not functioning properly. Water flow is not available....

We got the Turbo Neo cooler on April 1st and it got a defect. Water is leaking. I created the ticket and its been more than a day. No technician has come yet. We used to think that Kenstar service will be good but now we are regretting. Request to help asap....
