My Kenstar water geyser stopped working, I've raised the complaint for getting services for repaire on 23rd Oct 2021 with REQ ID : BAN[protected], Tried various channel to get the help and issue fix, but only I got is the automated answers on whatsApp.

They provided me the contact of Service center head, I've called 2-3 times ! but that person is not responsive and cooperative at all.

How many days customer can wait to get the services for daily use products ??

I've repaired it outside after waiting for 17 days !!

Never expected such a services from well known brand !.. decided not buy any product from Kenstar in future !!

I have purchased Kenstar Geyser from Flip kart.

Two Year Warranty.

But About the product it's not working now.

Now This Geyser it's not working.
I have contacted Kenstar Customer care on : 29th Sep 2021.

Kenstar service people visited and find the issues manufacturing defect. Finlay Kenstar Approved for the replacement.

But more than a month still I have not got the replacement.

Kenstar people are giving big trouble to me. Customer care people are giving different different people contact numbers. That people taking the details after that they not responding. Some people are asking unnecessary questions. I am unable to get proper details.

Within 48 hours if I am not getting proper response. I am approaching Consumer forum.
I am writing the KENSTAR product review Google and face book and tweeter.

Please stop this product sales in flip kart .
Selling this kind of worst brand giving the trouble to customers.

Cooler problem

Hi I bought Karishma Royal food processor.
Last year after using 4 month motar issue started I raised complaints through Kenstar customer care. They are raising tickets and closing after some time without solving the problem.

Local contact person is not responsible my calls and customer care service people raising tickets and closing without solving problem.

I'm facing problem to grind food everyday by asking neighbours.

11 months before I purchase Geyser from your company, now it's in repair mode. I register a complaint, one person comes and check Geyser; said that I need to change the machine part and takes two days.

After two days I called that technician person, He said that I'm coming today. I wait but not he did not come.

I called on the second day he said sir today I'll be coming for sure, again I waited for hours and at the evening I called again but not received.

I called on the third day, the fourth day but still technical person fooling me and now almost 15 days gone and no buddy bothers even I registered to complain again.

Here is a nonsense technician number, making me fool every day - [protected]

And the letter, the second person take resposibility, he is also making me fool every day here his number [protected]

My air cooler fan is not working I want a service

Hello kenstar.

I bought one of the kenstar product kenstar Air cooler 2w double cool on april 09th. Product stopped working on april 30th.
I raised complaint on may 4
CHE[protected]. Technician attended the complainant and told us problem is with motor and will get replaced under warranty.

I bought the cooler especially to get rid of summer, within a month after purchase it stopped working and there is no use of the cooler. Warranty is also simply going as vein.

I made multiple complaints and all complaints are closed without fixing.

I never ever seen such a worst customer care service

I need replacement for this product

Note : Don't say that contact dealer where you purchased it. There is no use of reaching them. After buying the product they told for any issues contact kenstar.

This micro oven has purchased 14 yrs ago and we have been using it since then. It is without convection system, . but unfortunately since a few days its START BUTTON /STOP BUTTON is not functioning though the power is coming in the board but machine is not starting due the start /stop button fail to start the oven.

1. My cooler is under waranty period and technician came after lot worthless and nonsense customer care excecutives. Technician says that fan motor need to be replaced and it is chargeable. But I believe it should be free as it is under waranty.
2. I spoke to lot of customer care executives but two people called Sushma and Sanjay have disconnected call saying no senior available when I asked them to connect to senior as they speak like a parrot. Couple of times they transferred me to different language base level people.
Unfortunately call connected to Kalyani who was introduced herself as senior but she also could not understand my concern and transferred me back to base level. Vocabulary was terrific of all these 3 people that either they can't understand me or I can understand them.
Pls take action on these 3 people. I want to hear from you asap.

We purchased a Kenstar A5X cooler on 8th April.It is a quite good product, but from 26th May we observed a small water drops leaking besides the front wheel.

I purchased cooler 13 days back it is not working since 8 days I have called to customer care about the complaint but no response again I did a call but no response 2 days back I again called to customer care they told me within 24 hours they will come and do a service but there is no response iam raising a complaint very bad response from kenstar service

I have purchased kenstar cooler last month 07 /03/2021 and this month 6th raised complaint on water leakage, service provider came to home and he just tried to fix it with some alternative but the issue did not solved.

Then today burning smell and fan functioning was abnormal so we went to pai showroom where we purchased and there they said they need letter from service provider to replace.

Then we called service provider since you have known the issue provide us the letter so that we can replace it.

But service provider behaviour was rude and unprofessional.

And showroom people after we asked about warrant they gave us the demo piece which same day not working at home now.

Now what can we do with the waste cooler which is just filled with issues.

While purchasing product no service provider comes into picture showroom is HAPPY TO sell the product giving fake promises and warranty but if something happens to the same product no one either kenstar or pai showroom kalyannagar will take responsiblility.

CUSTOMER service is just ### both the side.

We have to beg to provide service.
What a ### service.

I need this complaint to be fixed properly.
