Kenstar geeser is not working suddenly the reason behind not working not known. Actually prouduct had taken on march 2018. Please accept the request and provide the service as early as possible and we attach the details of address for your perusal.

I purchased Kenster Karishma royal food processor in Aug 2019. On the day one itself smoke started coming, when complained the technician says there is no problem, the second complaint, they changed the motor, now along with smoke, sparks started coming. Most hopeless product. Getting mad with the product, my kids are there. Please do the needful.No proper response from them, nobody is taking responsibility

This is to inform you that on dated 04/10/2019 i have purchased Kenstar Comfort Steem Iron from HD Electro Traders Baddi against invoice no HD/361/2019-20 ( Invoice copy is attached ). I am very much disappointed with Kenstar quality, my iron has stop working after 15 days. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do needful. I have also talked to Kenstar customer care but customer care response is very poor.

We had registered a complaint for pur kenstar microwave 6 months ago. The engineer came and told us that some parts need to be replaced which will cost around rs 400. He took the money in advance and assured us to complete the work by next week. We have been contacting the service center and service men till date and they just keep on saying the work shall be done in a couple of days. The engineer name is abhishek and service center incharge is sechu yadav. Both keep on shifting the burden on each other and no proper response is received. I am now going to file a fir against the fraud being done by service center

Refer complaint id zz[protected]. As per schedule service engineer mr arzoo (Mobile [protected]) visited at my residence and after inspection of induction cook top he insisted to take it to service center.
He collected rs. 265.00 as site visit charge and took the appliance with him.
It is 12 days passed since he took my appliance and there is not even single communication regarding repair of induction cooktop.

Kenstar water heater, not heating, product is in warranty. Consumer contact no is not in use, chennai region customer care also not working. As given details in warranty card 24 months for the product please keep the promise to satisfy the consumers. Iam expecting that the company will respond to this message. I am complaint against my water gryser dt 30.07.2019. Engineer was visited at home at he told water tank is leakage its will be replace with in one week. I am continues follow up with engineer mr ashok joshi (Mob no - [protected]) he has not resolve the problem and self my complained canceled with reason user not pick phone. Again i have raised the new complained dt -05.09.2019 no. Is zz[protected] its still pending no body visit at home.

In the month of may 2019 i had purchased a water cooler on the highly appreciated recommendation of dealer named bhuvnesh kataria for kenstar. After 3 month o[censored]sage the product become out of order due a severe sparking in the wiring. I am continuously trying to lodge a complaint on the toll free numbers provided by the company but a poor response received from the other side. They are not ready to listen about the complaint and disconnected my calls multiple times and even used harsh words during the conversation.

My complain regarding water geyser repair which was confirmed on 13-aug-2019, id zz-[protected] is still open. As on date there is no progress. Executive has visited thrice but unable to repair it.

Kenstar service is just helpless and showing lethargic approach in my case. Everyday i get a call from a executive about my raised complain but no one has able to resolve it.

I have decided to lodge complain against kenstar team in consumer forum.

How can a company sale it's product and unable to provide the service within a time period. I am feeling cheated

I bought a juice mixer grinder 1 year ago but now it was problem in top body juicer lid.The top lid having leakage problem and not working to get juice.but in market it have not available.I have try several cities and also customer care not responds my complaint i call all the numbers of kenstar company.please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise my juice is condemm at all.

I have purchased kenstar 15 ltrs geyser. It stopped working. So i tried to contact customer care number given on the kenstar product guidebook. But that number is out of service. And then i tried to contact the local branch office number given non the booklet, but that number is also not working.

Please do the needful.

I have kenstar jacuzzi 25 ltr. Water gyesar. My gyser is not working properly for last 2 month. Heating problem, the product is under warranty period, i complain to kenstar care, no [protected] on 17.08.19 @ 10:45 am, they lodged my complain, and told me within 42 hours our technicians will visit, but till now no any technicians has come, and i recived a msg last night that your repair completed (Zz - [protected]). But truth is that no any technicians visited to repair my gyser, if compony do not take action within 24 hours i will go to consumer court for my right.

I've purchased a kenstar 6 litre hotspring geyser (Model no.-kgs06w5m-gde 6-ltre 2000 watt storage water heater) on amazon.in with order no.[protected] dtd. 10.07.2019. The material was delivered to me on 14th july, 2019. But none from the company has turned up till now for its installation. The installation fee is also paid by me. I've made several messages for its installation.

Plz make arrangements for the installation of the above item.

Currently complaint number gha[protected] (Registered on 27th jun) and previously gha[protected] (Registered on 07th jun) are unattended from last 1 month inspite of 100 of phone calls and thousands of messages.

There are high temperatures in northern india and fan is not working.

The service guy will start promising from the morning that he is in his way. Multiple holidays from office and weekends have been wasted in the similar conversation and nobody turned up.

With in a month cooler got repair and We have logged a complaint[protected] that cooling was not happening and the details are VIJ[protected] will be serviced by vinod[protected], SVC Point [protected] Provide SCode S73665 only if satisfactory job done, Appt Dt-26/05/19, 10:00AM.

• One person called named VINOD KUMAR(Himself told he is a manger ) Mobile number- [protected] called to number [protected] and informed that our person will reach to your location on 24th because 23th is the election day So we cannot make it to service the cooler .

• Later day we called to Manage (Vinod) and he told im not able to send the person. Later on 27th he send one person and service person came and checked. He told water cooler motor not working, we have to get it from company. Very next we got message that Dear Customer, Your Reference no VIJ[protected] is closed, If not satisfied send NST on [protected].For discounted AMC call 39404040 or visit www.vgservice.co.in.

• From Bajaj Electronics one lady called (To [protected]) and enquired about completion of complaint, we clearly explained we are getting very problem with vendor.

• Later KALUTHURI VIJAY KUMAR (+91- [protected]) called and told that we have the motor and we will replace, he came and replaced the motor which is not correct specification to the cooler and he went to his service center and brought under rated specification motor and at the time he came to know that pipe has been damaged because of over loaded motor.

• Later one person came and opened all the parts of the cooler and left un fitted stating that pipe and motor need to come from Company to replace.

Status : Equipment left unfitted and un repaired more than a month without any proper solution and no one lifting the call even after so many attempts.

I bought Kenstar Cooler just 2 month ago. Couple of times, it's water pump didn't work and raised complaints to kenstar all the times. Their response time was very bad. Their 72hrs SLA didn't work. My decision was wrong to buy kenstar product and I never do this again. Even pass it to within my circle too.

Current situation is, raised a complaint and it is open since 4 days.. Service center team don't respond to phone calls at all. I fed-up with following-up calls with them

From last 3 days my gyser not working because when i connect it on switch my electricity trip immediately may be due to shorting in gyser circuit its under warranty and for that iam trying to contact kenstar but all cuctomer care nos are busy. Office landline no. Lines are busy or either out of order.
How i can contact even i sent mail and messeges also but no revert from kenstar team.
Please check before buying any kenstar product.
