Resolution of the Complaint : Replacement
Our family had purchased the Kent Pearl MRO somewhere during Aug'14, the warranty of which got expired on Aug'15, we started having issues with the Water Purifier exactly after 2 months from the expiration of the warranty, since the Purifier was out of warranty, i had to book a service engineer visit who mentioned that the Filters need to be replaced and that will cost me Rs 2100/- ( i have already spent Rs 17000 for this piece of **** another 2100/- will result in my expenses going to Rs 19100/- just within 1.5 years of its purchase.) since it was inevitable, i had to shell out Rs 2100/ towards the parts replacement and Service Charges(Dated 23rd Nov), it is not even 2 months now that the Kent Purifier has stopped working again and the Kent Customer care and AQua world (so called Authorized agents for Kent) are saying that i have to pay for the engineer visit again and also for the parts replacement if the service technician replaces any part.
I am herewith lodging a compliant against Kent demanding replacement of the Faulty Product that they have provided Was this information helpful? |
