I had contacted Kent Service technician who came and replaced the choke and imeediately after that the Unit started leaking. Now the technician is not visiting back. Also the Choke has again failed in three days. Is this the quality of the prodcut. The problem has started immediately after the completion of 1 year. Technician has informed that the choke can not be repaired and need to be replaced and costs 935. This is ridiculous as why the choke can not be repaired?
Also as the unit is now one year old 2 months ago, the technician is asking to replace all the Filters...This was never informed while selling the product infact was told that it depends on the usage and quality of water the filter can last for 2-3 year.
Also to my surprise if I take AMC the failure of Choke is not covered under AMC/ Also for replacement of filter also no discounts are provided for AMC customer. Request you to revert back immediately. My number is [protected] Was this information helpful? |
