I have a Kent water purifier model Grand +. I had lodged a
complain (56219) on 01.04.2014. As per the policy the technician should attend
the call within 24 hrs but in this case they came on 03.04.2014 and instead of
fixing the defect they damaged the machine. That day before leaving the
technician (Sanjit Dutta) promised to return back on next day ie. 4th Apr in
the 1st half. Finally he didn't came even after calling to the service centre
to 7 to 8 times. When I had given the call to the technician he was threatening
me that no one will come and used slang languages. Kindly take necessary action
