I have purchased Kent Grand Plus 8-Litre Mineral RO+UV Water Purifier (KR[protected]) installed on 9th Jan 2017 my machine is in warranty. There is leakage in transparent cover and purified water level indicator.I put service request case id [protected] which is closed but leakage is not repaired. You service engineer has visited and mentioned that leakage is not covered in warranty. He mentioned that senior Kent engineer will call us shorly.their is no call from senior engineer.I put another service request case id [protected] .Again I register a complain no technician visited and issue is closed without providing any solution.leakage still exist.Machine is in warranty .From 13 may till today I called every day to customer care .It was told that my service request will be taken on priority basis.Service is not provided .I need a call back or email for my issue from Kent. But not email received. Worst Service provider.

Updated by Pooja malpani there is leakage in transparent cover and purified water level indicator. Joint leakage which is manufacturing defect which is covered in warranty as per clause 1. Kindly reply.
