[Resolved]  Kent Mineral RO — Newly purchased water purifier is not working

My name is Amar Das. I have purchased a new Kent Grand+ Mineral RO from "M/S NIGAM ENT.", Semiliguda, which is not working. I have purchased it on 29/03/21, but the service provider take another 2 days to install it, which didn't work. Then they take it and gave another standby around 50 days. Then, they take it back and give the old one. After that, it becomes out of order in frequent time interval. We gave complaint near the dealer and finally he refused to repair. We contacted the state head for service and state head for sales, still no result. The dealer who sold the product to us told "Do what ever you want to do, I don't care as I am paying money to all the officials of Kent, No one can take action against me." Same thing also happened. No action taken till now. I don't know what to do, as the product is still in warranty and not in working condition.
