Hi,
I have registered a complaint of Kent water filter (Grand) not working 3 months back and my water filter is still into the same stage, First time i am experiencing Kent service worst service. It took first 1 month to get the faulted part of the filter and another one month to get the wiring because the service franchise says the model is discontinued from kent however i can still see the same model in the market. Now the franchise is unable to get the filter fix because of the resource constraints and we are left with no other option other than buying the water from market.
If Kent looks into this on priority it will be helpful, i am registering the complaint here at the end, i am frustrated with the service.
