I bought an Kent Elegant Electric Glass Kettle on amazon dated 15th Jan 2022.
Within a month it stopped working. I raised a complaint as the product was promised to have a year warranty. I was given a case Id(service request ID), I visited the service center where my case was registered and I was promised a timely solution within 1 month.
After a month when I tracked the Case id I was surprised as the case was closed within 3 days mentioning that the product was out of warranty( which was entirely false).
when I mailed Kent about this they promised to look into the matter and provided me with another case Id(service request ID). it met the same fate. the case was closed in a week claiming the product was out of warranty.
Then I visited the authorized service center they said Kent service is really pathetic. Company provides no support despite mailing for the required parts. However they said they would try their best to resolve the issue.
Again a complaint was raised which met the same fate.
every subsequent mail met the same fate too...futile.
However I kept in touch with the authorized service center. Paid regular visit to the center, until finally around 5th June when the service agent said "sorry ", Nothing could be done. And they couldn't provide any support as Kent isn't co-operating.
I even reached them out with Whatsapp. I was assured action but everything in vain.
it's been 4-5 months now.I believe its a lot of mental harassment and unethical way of selling product.
I want a product replacement!!! On site.
