Kent Pearl — Kent giving poor quality products

Hello We purchased a Kent Pearl water purifier and it is giving issues from the day we have been using it. In 3 months its been repaired many times and we demand a replacement of this faulty product or refund of our money. For NK Precision Components

Hello Everyone,

After complaining here I did receive the above message and mailed Kent my details and after many calls from lot of people all over India, one service engineer turned up and found out that the adapter had gone bad. He replaced us with a new adapter as our machine was only 3 months old.

I did ask him why the issue occurred, and replied saying I was using my machine for long time. So, I opened the manual to him and showed him that the machine is specified for 15 liters/hour and I am using as per the specification. His reply to that was the machine is designed to run only 20 liters/day and the more we use the more wear. He also mentioned that within few months all the motors the choke and all the wires will go bad and since its under warranty he ll replace it and after 1 year I ll have to pay heavily for all this.

So, I would ask consumers to rethink before buying such a product.

I am also suffering...KENT providing there worst service...
I bought one KENT RO+UV water purifier (KR[protected] and installed on 16th July 2015, so my warranty was till 15th July 2016. Initially I was very happy with the product and was satisfied with 1st and 2nd service as well. When I asked for last service before warranty expired one person did the servicing which was not satisfying as, he was only trying me convince to replace filter, his name is Tanmoy (Das) mobile number is [protected].

It was ok, I understand he was more interest in selling products but today I got to know, one of the FRT is missing while servicing done by him. I understand this is happens in last servicing because after last servicing in July I am facing this issue of filling container with slow water .

Today I pay rupees 6000 to Parimal Ghosh from SUN SERVICES, because he told this slow water filling only because of 3 filters, but after changing all three, issue remain same and then he catch the issue with FRT missing.It was not required to change the filer I believe as the TDS was around 60 .

I request you to do a investigation and find out either it was done intentionally or it was a mistake. Any way I suffer as a Kent customer and unnecessarily I paid 6000/- .
