[Resolved] Kent — poorest service from kent ro | |||||
I had requested for servicing of my kent ro prime on 16th dec'17, complaint no. Is[protected]. It was not attended yet by any service engineer in 48 hours after lot of follow up. I received sms saying the above complaint is cancelled. When i spoke to customer care i was not answered rather a new complaint no.[protected] was generated. The above new complaint no.[protected] was also not attended again by any service engineer within 48 hours after lot of follow up. One service engineer "name: mr. Shivanand, mobile no. : [protected]" was deputed to attend the complaint however he refused to attend the complaint. This complaint has been cancelled too. There is kent ro service center in jajpur keonjahr road, odisha, from where i purchased. Its seller name and mobile no. Is badal & [protected] / [protected] / [protected] respectively. There is no response to my call / complaint. Another phone i contacted for the servicing [protected], the generated complaint number was 19729. This was too not resolved. Total ten days (16 to 25 dec'17) is already past, yet no service engineer attended the complaint. Its really height of the checking patience of customer. How bold the kent's service engineer are that they can refused without helping/attending the complaint, without caring customer pain. I have never see such a poorest service in life. It indicates the company "kent" is not at all bother their customer that in what pain the customer is.
