I had raised a service request on 11 Oct for leakage in my RO system. Following the request a technician visited me and told me that the pump of RO was defective and needed to be replaced. The pump cost was 2400. In addition he changed two filters (cost 800) and one UV light bulb. Service charges were extra. After service he checked the PH value and told me that filter is now fully repaired and the water quality is good. I paid the service engineer 3, 970 as total amount after which he left.
After 5 mins of the service engineer leaving when the filter was full, the RO started leaking again. I immediately called the service engineer who said he had left for his home and would come again tomorrow. I called up the customer service again who said they would send the engineer in 24 hours.
I did not hear on this request for a week and then raised another request on 16 Oct following which an engineer visited me on 17 Oct who after inspection said that valve that stops the water is defective and also the membrane of the RO is no longer good for use and I am drinking unhealthy water.
My compliant:
1)Your service engineer on first visit assured me that water quality is checked and is good and that he has replaced the filters that needed replacement. Tell me what is your credibility as a company when another engineer visits me in less than week and says now I need to replace the membrane also? I feel totally cheated. Seems you guys are just out to make money
2) I had called the service center for leakage which after spending 2400 on pump replacement is still unresolved? How do I know if the pump at all needed a replacement? He also took the old pump along with him
Your customer care totally failed to address my concerns. For 2 weeks now my RO is nonfunctional and I am forced to buy water from the market.
I need this resolved immediately with no additional payments in case you guys have any shame and morals as a company.
Further strict action must be taken against the first service engineer.
