Kent — Regular complaint | |||||
I have purchased a Kent RO Supreme 2 years back. There has been continuous complaint since then. Till the time product was in warranty period, kent people kept on insisting that it's just water problem and this would not happen again. They even assured to change the machine if required.Bbut as soon as the warranty period passed they completely left the issues unattended. Now every 15 days I have to call Kent customer care and complaint. I have taken an AMC still they manage to charge me for some parts every now and then. I need a permanent resolution to my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
