Complaint marked as Resolved I had complained for malfunction of diaphragm pump DP-100+ and FRT 300, which they changed from 300 to 550. my complain dated from 29/09/2018, 08/10/2018 and 13/10/2018.
called kent r.o. customer care 4-5 times. After my last complain one service engineer came from Shree Ananta Enterprises, who is the service dealer of dehradun region. when he said that he cant provide me the service for my problems as i asked him that give me same diaphragm pump DP-100+ and my same FRT 300. but he bought different and old repaired diaphragm pump DP-100 and said that he can not changed the FRT 550.
Then i filed a complain against him. after i complain to consumer complaints forum kent manager also called me and service engineer came fast. Bought same diaphragm pump DP-100 but better then earlier one, and also put my FRT 300 back. As it was very delay to my service, so i put same motor which he bought.Ii had to face drinking water problem for a week.
But not happy with kent delay service. and so much irrresponsibility via Shree Ananta Enterprises service.
Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
