Pathetic/unprofessional service against my complaint id [protected]. The service technician came and replaced the main ro filter and charged inr3100. I had checked with him time and again that we will not need the service if any other parts needs to be changed and he assured that thee is no other damage. I had asked him not to change any spare part as i was not sure if this will sustain even for a week.

Yesterday there was again a damage and while the service technician again came and told another part damage which will cost 2500. This is cheating/unprofessional behavior from the service technician and really bad customer support. I am going to scrap the product and shout it loud never to buy a kent product. Needs resolution on this. I need complete refund of my money vested in the first servicing.

    Since the system has installed it's not working properly and immediately after expiring the one year warranty it started performing worst, every time your engineer visit he says that this part needs to be replaced, this part needs to be replaced, recently i have paid rs 2750 for membrane replacement and after 1 week of membrane replacement now your engineering is saying that its pump has to be replaced?
    What is this? Did i purchase this machine for this inconvenient headache or i purchased it for peace of mind?
    Why should i pay every time when i have purchased a brand.

    I have been calling Rain drop in bommanahalli from past one month yet no one arrived..it's not the 1st time...they say that today techcian will arrive...I have paid 5500 RS as AMC .it is for one year free services...don become fool n go for plan..

      I purchase AMC For KENT RO at 8000rs from Aquair service Point .And they had promised for changing RO MEMBRANE nd carbon filter two times ..and 1st time they change ro membrane nd carbon filter but on 2nd time RO MEMBRANE ko change ni kiya...maine service center cal bhi kiya but unhone change krne se mna kr diya...Meri AMC ki last date 17/11/2019 hai..uske baad ye expire ho jayegi..so i request to solve this problem immediately...thank you..

        I purchased kent ro pearl on[protected] and ever since purchase we are facing problems. Once in every 3 months there is a problem we have already got the filters changed twice and and even the motor had to be replaced and all these does not come under warranty and we had to pay for each replacement.
        The maintenance of kent is as high as 8000 pa, you can aswell get a new water purifer at this cost

        Kent is cheating and looting people.
        We are fed up with this product and want replacement or refund.

        i finally got filters changed by paying rs. 3500!! and now while fixing they have done some goo[censored]p and it is leaking...they are demanding additional amount for fixing problem created by them!!!

        worst ever product...they are just looting people...

          I am from lucknow, U.P. I bought a kent RO water purifier last year in november in period of this one year i got many problems with this, 7 times i repaired it and again My kent water purifier is not working and it is in warranty period, I complaint many times for its repairing but no one is attending site. Even i call them many times from last 1 month no one is taking responsibility. If you are not able to solve your customer problem then don't mention it in your card. i have got worst experience with kent RO.

            Hi,

            I have an amc from rain drop services bangalore.
            Ticket number :[protected]

            I have raised a ticket with kent on 26th of october and kent assigned to aqua-aqua and said that any technician can repair eventhough amc from anyone.

            Technician called me and said he will not serve as amc from raindrops. Sad that kent customer care not aware of this.

            I have called back kent every day need to explain story. They say technician ravi kumar assigned[protected] and will visit.

            I need to call rain drop services and speak to them and they say ravi will visit. Every time i call ravi from 28th he say he will visit in next hour and this is my daily task from 28th every 2 hours.

            Wastage of time wastage of effort. I need to spend daily 150 rs for water because of this delay.

            From 3 days rain drops not even picking my call. I want up right they come and solve the issue and refund my money

              I had ordered kent water purifier, it got installed from kent, but from the day of installation, it had a defect, the motor inside it is been damaged, there is leakage inside tank and inside motor. Kent person came and checked it and flipkart agreed for replacement. Now after more than 10 days of request the flipkart and kent are charging 300rs for unistalling the product and to return pickup it. I called kent service multiple times and there was the same response asking 300 ra extra. This was kent manufacturing defect and why should i pay after waiting so long. This is worst customer service from kent. Dont ever buy a kent product.

Your representative came and see the problem and suggested to change some part and ask to come another day. After repeated reminder he does come and give us a cash memo no. 2089 dated[protected] the of rs. 300.00 on name of shri baba electro system (Photo copy of receipt enclosed) whenever machine is under the warranty period i. E. One year from the date of purchase but company doesn't accept warranty period and charging service and parts cost. Your representative refuse to service and change the parts.                   Yesterday (1st november 2019) i had requested for services since my kent ro is not working at all but thanks to your engineer team he dont response at all and your bappa mondal your employee you dont have his detail how good?? U guys are working on water and u guys dont know how water is important in life such a pathetic services u guys provide and u guys charge 20k for ro system but when it comes to services u guys sucks then and what can we except when the company dont have his own employees details and the fun part is that they strongly provide the engineers phone no. Which do not exist how good this company we all can understand just they wana sell the damn item of there but in return there services forget it... Never but any kent item trust me like we are suffering for water more than 2 days u guys might suffer more than that... Still my issue is not solved thanks to kent ro

                    I hv kent grand model. Though there is no mention in the maintenance section at page 10 of kent booklet, i felt there could be a need of maintenance after six months completion and registered request.

                    Since, i had registered for maintenance check at the 7 month since installation, i had to make payments for replaced filters suspected to be clogged and beyond repair or cleaning. As per warranty, these filters could be cleaned, repaired or replaced free of charge within six months if found unsuitable. This option was not provided just because the first six months was over... So, the user is affected due to ignorance and that there being no clear periodic maintenance defined users are at the mercy of the company's policy.

                    The company to retain csutomer loyalty, could be flexible for new users in considering maybe 1 month tolerance beyond the first replacement period for the consumables. Also, a periodic maintenance calender under maintenance section could be mentioned at page 10 or appropriate pg of the kent ro booklet (This could be planned such that the benefit of free replacement could be enjoyed by the user post installation).

                      Most respectfully showeth:
                      1. That the complainant purchased a kent sterling + mineral ro bearing model no. Kr[protected] from kent ro systems limited on 7th july of 2018 for a sum of rs.18, 000/-
                      2. That on 07.07.2018 the kent sterling + mineral ro was delivered to the complainant and a receipt bearing no 8408 dated 08.07.2018 for the payment was given by 18, 000/-
                      3. That the kent sterling + mineral ro thereafter developed certain fault for which repeated complaints were made to the opposite party. However, the opposite party made three effort to rectify the said faults, but not improve yet.
                      4. That on 02.08.2018 a written complaint was delivered by email to customer care of opposite party, in spite of which, the opposite party acknowledged this email with request id was 11053. (Copy of email enclosed)
                      5. That the kent sterling + mineral ro has a warranty for a period of 1 year+3 years of free service.
                      6. That the opposite party is liable for breach of contract as it has not complied with the terms of the guarantee and have acted extremely negligently in attending to the complaint of the complainant and is therefore liable to compensate the complainant for the loss and injury caused to him.
                      7. That due to the negligent acts of the opposite party the complainant has suffered loss and injury due to deprivation, harassment, mental agony and loss of professional practice, for which he is entitled to compensation
                      8. That for the purposes of section 11 of the act, compensation claimed by the complainant is below rs. 20000/- so this forum has jurisdiction to determine and adjudicate this dispute.
                      10. That the complainant is a consumer as defined under the act.
                      Prayer:
                      In the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that the hon'ble forum may be pleased to:
                      A. Order the opposite party to pay rs. 50, 000/- as compensation and rs. 18, 000 as costs;
                      B. Pass any other such order, as this hon'ble forum may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice.

                        Purchased kent ro (Kr[protected]) almost 10 months back and from the day of purchase it's start creating issue and for that i have complained the customer care various time (More than 6 times with in last 10 months) and they only do a temporary fix and the issue reoccur again and again..

                        Even after multiple complaint no one from kent ro have investigate the issue properly, they only concern about there otp...

                        Intentionally the person who have installed the product have installed local parts instead of original also...

                          Sir,
                          I have purchased from Kent web site. I received the Washing
                          Machine water softener on 17 oct 2019. The service was so bad that
                          after 2 completes and talking with Senior officer on telephonic
                          conversation on 22 oct, service person came on home on 22 oct 2019.
                          He don’t know how to install filter. He kept the raiser in bucket &
                          specking on phone with someone & asking procedure to install then he
                          given me the strainer and told it is faulty.
                          I am so unhappy with the service of KENT; Just tell me when this will be rectified.

                            Today my warranty period is over and water is not coming out of RO pipes from today morning so tell me what will I do

                              I purchased Kent RO from amazon in may month 2019, they dint give any warranty card but in customer care they are telling I have 3 yrs warrenty, this new machine is having issue and they are refusing to give free service telling there is no warrenty card in hand such a fraud company Kent pls don’t purchase it

                                Hi, it's been 5 months, every 15-20 days i have to call the technician to service the kent ro system, aa it wasn't working properly, sometimes times the taste of the water changes, sometime s the machine stops working, they simply come n change the coil in every 15 days.. There is no proper solution.. We took amc from kent's authorized service dealer raindrops in january n paid rs.6500.. Which i feel went into complete waste as they don't pick call nor they send their technician.

                                N now it's been 5 days have registered a complaint on kent ro customer care.. Still there is no one to address the issue. My request no. Given is[protected].

                                  I raised service request for my kent ro water purifier through kent service app... And it got automatically cancelled.. I asked the customer care the reason... And they told me that the technician was unable to contact me on phone.. Though i have no missed calls... So i placed a fresh request... But 3 days have passed no technician has contacted me... I have repeatedly called their customer care.. They always say onething... That your case has been highlighted and it will be resolved within 12 hours

                                  On the 4th October 2018 Kent Maxx was purchased from the South City mall dealer but within one year that has been out of water and no water is dispensing so far.How it is possible?Defective manufacturing company of India.The matter should be referred to the Central Grievance Cell, Govt.of India.

                                    But engineer reached at home before to time provided by kent team and installed the kent ro in absence of me at home, when i reached at home than water tank tab is found damaged.
                                    No water is storing in tank and engineer also refused to come at home for close the issue, event time slot provided is also not over till the time.
                                    Really pathetic service from kent team.

                                    The filter tds value is above 350. Please visit to minimize it as lower as possible.. and water flow is also an issue.

                                    We have around 30 staffs in the mess and the taste of water, every one is complainning... please make it attend as soon as possible.

                                      This is related to my kent grand 8-litres wall-mountable ro + uv/uf + tds water purifier (Sr no : kr[protected]) i purchased from amazon in oct 18. As per kent ro app my machine was under warranty till 15th oct 2019. Since last 2 weeks we observed that the amount of waste water was abnormally high as compared to filtered water. On 15th oct 2019, i raised the request for service using kent ro app. After few min, i got one massage from kent saying confirming that my machine is under warranty. (Screenshot attached). On 16th oct when service engineer visited my home for repair, he concluded that there is issue with ro membrane and it must be replaced with new one. He asked me to pay 2500 rupees. When i informed that my machine was under warranty when break down happened. Why should i pay the charges. As per service engineer my machine was out of warranty. When i called customer care for the same, customer care told me not to pay anything as my machine was under warranty at the time of bread down. Even after confirmation from customer care executive, local service team is not replacing ro membrane.

                                      I request you to please direct local service team to replace ro membrane or other required components and resolve the issues.

                                        I had purchased kent ro water purifier from reliance digital borivali west. After 4 months of the purchase it stopped working and regarding the issue i registered a complain with reliance digital.
                                        Till 3 days no engineer visited, so again i called reliance digital no response and i had to call reliance digital customare care number and was assured engineer will visit in 2 days. Engineer visited and checked the kent ro said the part needs replacement and will be replaced in 2 days. But its been 15 days nor the engineer replaced the part and after complaining in reliance 3-4 times as the need for urgency of the part yet the part hasnt been replaced.
                                        They are just liaing that it is in process and will be replaced but no proper response nor the replacement.
                                        From last 15 days there is no proper water in the house as we are 9 people staying in the house in which 2 babies are there, 1 women is pregnant and its been informed to the reliance digital executive and service persons but they dint take anything seriously.

                                        I suggested for the return of the product and refund as an indian company as there are no parts available and the problem i m facing due to drinking water issue. But they refused the return and told me wait till the part isnt received.

                                        While purchasing the product sales team had assured me about the ease of avaibalitu of the parts and service.

                                        But this is how reliance digital and kent ro brand company fools the customers into buying the kent brand water purifier.

                                        I hope very strict action will be taken against kent ro brand and reliance digital.
