PROBLEM: BLUE LAMP CUT.
Lodged complain through customer care. Service personnel visited several times. But Lamp is not replaced. Though it was assured. Already two weeks passed.

    Hi,

    I wanted to register complaint regarding the service provided for my recent complaint (Request number - [protected])

    I have purchased last month kent wonder purifier approx 16thousand. Till purchasing date its not working properly yet. I have registered complain many time.
    It created problem various times and today, we are again facing the same issue of water not coming. Its not happening 1st time. It has happened multiple time in one month
    As per your engineer i have installed extra pre-filter with kent wonder and i had paid 700 for this pre - filter. But issue not resolve till now.

    I am very upset with the quality of products you are providing. This is not what i expected from a big brand like kent.

    I am extreme unhappy with this repeated problem and want the kent management to replace the entire unit itself as i am sure the problem lies in other complements leading to such repeated failures.

      I, a kumar, have filed a complaint about my kent ro not working in september 2017. My complain number is 134514. After my complain, a mechanic named kiranpal visited my home on 5th sep. He told me that i hae to change ro membrane and a lot of other component. For that i paid rs 4735 and visiting charge 300. After changing components, ro started leaking water but the mechanic assured me that after 2 to 4 hours, it will stop leaking. So, being a naive i believed him. But ro did not stop leaking and its upper body totally filled with it. And, once again it stopped working. I called kiranpal again and he told me to file complain once again. I dont know what the hell happened but you people should take it seriously as i have installed ro to get pirified water not for complaining again and again... And the mechanic came once again and he changed the tube for rs 450 and visiting charge... But once again my ro is not working... If you people are so irresponsible then i have no way... I will go to consumer court.

        I brought kent ro on 8th oct 2017.
        As per the amazon instruction i called customer care on 8th oct 2017 and got the request number for instillation[protected] having saying that installation will be done in 48 hours.
        Day 1 (9th oct 2017) - no update.

        Day 2 (10th oct 2017) - i called the kent customer care again and explain the product and 1:38 pm i got sms that service engg assign to (Name - mr rammurthy, ph - [protected]). I called that person and he is replaying me that he is calling me from morning and i am not picking the call. The fact is that i did not receive any call from him. After that he told me he is coming in one hour. Even after 7 pm he was not picking the call.

        Day 3 - i called customer care again. Some body called the area manager and told me that it will be done today.
        I called the same person again but the person is telling i can not come today i am not leave.

        I dont know what to do now. Kent ro is there my home from past 4days.

          Unfortunately i don't have storage for water and totally dependent on ro i am using and after putting request on customer care technician not even assigned after 24 hours
          What should i do when i get response from customer care ". Sir please wait 24 hours not completed from the time your request"
          This response i am getting till the end of 24. Hour and now they are saying please wait your request had been forwarded to senior management

            I am shifting house and requested for deinstallation of kent ro. I called service agent allotted through sms and he replied that he is out of station and some other person will attend. However the same day night, complaint got cancelled saying customer could not be contacted. I reregistered my complaint and called customer service at least 6 to 7 times and after all non-sense like "sorry", "escalation" finally after 4 days i got an sms saying "your complaint has been resolved". Very good service kent. Such irresponsible and lying #!

              I had purchased a kent water purifier about 9 months back and they said that it has one year warranty. Now the water is not getting filtered when the technician came home he said that it is going to be charged as the filters cost rs. 1400 add these filters have only six months warranty. This is ridiculous i was a customer of aquaguard filter for more than 10years and wanted to check with kent as the sales person recommended now i regret for the decision i took.

                I have launched the complaint in the warranty we feel that water taste is not good and purifier was not working properly but they said it is good as our neighbours are also said at that time water taste is not good but they denied and they said it is working properly and after 2 days it stops working and again he visit to check the machine and said that filter needs to be changed and they charged me for the same and took the service charge and filer charge 1300 rs.

                "warranty me prduct tha to bola ki sahi hai taste and 2 din baad bolte hai ki filter kharab hai change krna hai qki warranty khatam ho gyi thi"

                This is the way that they are following to cheat the customer.

                  I purchased amc contract from kent.
                  In last 3 months every time something is not working in ro.
                  Membrane replaced, filter replaced. (Amount paid).
                  I full amount of membrane is paid then why this issue was not recalled at that time.

                  Now new thing that membrane post carbon filter issue.

                  When your representative comes for visit, he completes his service and after 15-20 days a new problem comes.

                  If i am paying 2000 for amc and 5000 extra for all other products in an year that whats the point purchasing your product.

Till date no action has been taken by the company/service center to put the machine in working condition. When i contacted the service technician/customer care center of the company they informed me that your service complain has been cancelled.                         I bought kent ro for 19k. That time i didn’t realized the service cost will be this huge. Annualy they charging cost around 5k + 300 visiting charge. This is unethical because my car costs service below 3k every year. So 5k service coast for a product of 19k is not acceptable. For a bottle of 20ltr biselry on only cost 70rs. So if we compare that is more feasable. I want justice. I can see lot of compliant with same subject. I assume authorities will take action immediately.

                            I purchased kent ro on mar, 2017 & installed on 28-mar-2017. I logged complaint on 12-sep-17 that filtered water is not good & has bubbles & greasy layer. The technician visited but didnt not resolve the issue & closed the complaint without asking us. On 13-sep, i again logged complaint for same problem. The technician visited & didnt resolve the issue. He mentioned that he would come next day. I kept waiting for him and called kent ro again on 23-sep-17. They told me that my ticket is open and technician will visit. No technician visited and they closed the complaint on 24-sep-17. On 3-oct-17, i again raised complaint for same problem. The technician visited and changed water filter. He also introduced a new issue that the filter started vibrating & making noise while filtering water. I asked him to resolve it but he didn’t agree that it is an issue. I asked him that i want to talk to his manager & he connected me to branch manager, islampur branch, gurgaon – 122101. I taked to branch manager. He was not ready to listen my issue & insisted that his technician didn’t introduce the issue and i will have to pay charges of water filter as the warranty got expired on 28-sep-2017. I told him that the filter got changed for the issue which i raised on 12-sep & that time filter was under warranty but he didn’t agree to me. I told him that this is not acceptable & i want to escalate this & he started talking very rudely. This kind of customer service is not expected from reputed company like kent.

                              With reference to ticket id #dl/0209001, we had purchased 10 kent air purifiers.

                              We are facing a major problem which these devices and would appreciate if you could help us in rectifying the issue.

                              We are located in an industrial area and have frequent power failures. The purchased air purifies start with the ionizer function turned “on” by default which is a major problem for us.

                              Every morning we turn this “off” but we cannot keep on doing this activity multiple times during the day especially when the power cut frequency is so high.

                              A lot of people have asthma and the same gets aggravated incase this has been turned on.

                              We have raised this issue multiple times but have not received any resolution. The service engineers have also visited but unfortunately could not resolve the issue.

                              We have been raising this issue with the customer support promptly after making the purchase.

                              We request you to either change theses systems with a model in which this ionizer function is optional instead of turning on every time by default or kindly help us with a refund.

                              Would appreciate a prompt response and resolution as we are facing a lot of health issues due to this default feature.

                                I have lodged a complaint through kent ivrs on 02.10.2016 that my kent ro is not working. So far the technician has not visited and rectified it. The job was assigned to a technician on 2nd day but he never turned up. I called him (Five times), he did not receive my calls. The second technician called me on 3rd day but he said my area does not come under his purview. The third person called me on 4th day, after explaining my location at least five times he disconnected the phone calls. I also had called aquaworld, jayanagar to send their technician. I have been calling them since 02.10.2017 and every time i am told that their technician will visit soon. This is extremely irritating.

                                  I recently purchased a kent ro water purifier through amazon and it has been a week since the installation has been done. They registered my service request and assigned a technician to get the job done. The technician never picks up the call or his phone is switched off. Yesterday after calling him multiple times, he picked up the call and told me that it is not his responsibility and the customer care has given his number by mistake. I called the kent customer care and every time i call them it is considered as a new request and takes 24 - 48 hours to resolve. We have paid so much for the water purifier and we are continuing to buy bottles every day. They are unprofessional and are trying to cheat their customers. Everyday they promise that someone would install the system and i go back home early from work to find that it is all a lie.

                                    I was charged 3oo rupees just for fitting one pipe to the tap, which my plumber would have fixed with free of cost. For which i raised a request with kent and waited for 2 days. As a part of re installation, tds was not checked. For that need to pay 350 rupees extra in the name of service.

                                    Spare part (Metal hardware fitting out side kent) was charged 2 to 3 times more than the market price.

                                    Very bad service from kent.

I am very dis-pointed with your service, during first time installation kent ro service man have done wrong connection of water line and we had face problem about water outlet then i call another service man he done right connection and we start drinking water continue from installation to till date.
                                      After one year i have got knowledge about water tds normal limit so checked kent water with water tds meter and found 8-10ppm and this is not normal value.
                                      Who is responsible for this mistake because we are using continue low tds value water and its effecting my family health.
                                      I want please provide me non-chargeable service man for setting correct tds value.

                                        Yeah in my ro kent system there is no water flow neither inlet not outlet. But machine continkusly running only problem is that there is no water flow.
