Madam/Sir,
I am from Patna and KENT service engineer Rajesh Kumar associated with Tanishi Enterprises, Patna visited a week ago and changed the parts even though we didnt want to change, he also charged for the same.
From the next day the taste became worse, and also the filter started to leak from top(overflow)
Case was registered 3 days before but till now no engineer has visited, also they informed me that the case is allocated to Mr. Rajesh’s senior but it is allocated to Mr Rajesh (as can be seen in request status) and also today they have asked me to cancel the request and raise a new request as they have erroneously put my number with a case registered in Delhi.
