Address: | Kolkata, West Bengal |
I am from Kolkata. I requested for a service of my RO filter, which was attended today by an extremely rogue technician named Swarup Senapati[protected].
My filter was slow in filtering the water, but after he laid his hands on it, the filter became more slow. He could not give any satisfied explanation, except that the pump had become less efficient.
He was constantly chatting on his cell phone to a fellow technician and avoiding my questions. So, I asked him to show some decency and attend to his call later. He completely ignored me and went on chatting.
I got totally fed up with his attitude and asked him to revert the machine back to the earlier state, the state in which it was before he touched it. He became quite agitated, refused to attend the machine any further and started behaving badly with me. He started talking all sorts of rubbish!
When I said that I am going to report him to Kent, he confidently said in Bengali that, I can go ahead and do whatever I feel like and that he doesn't care!
I called his local service centre, but the receptionist there couldn't give any logical explanation. And it seemed that they don't have any control over this rogue and rascal technician.
Moreover, while I was on phone with the receptionist, this rogue technician shouted at me in Bengali that he will see to it that I either use this filter as it is or throw it in the canal.
(By the way, there are a lot of canals in West Bengal, which are basically large drains.)
You must note that this same guy, Swarup Senapati, has earlier attended the filter twice before. Last time he came to attend, he told me that I could bypass Kent and call him separately for service in future. That would be a lot cheaper for me. He even said that he could supply me the spares, if needed, at a much lower price.
My Request ID is[protected]. The service request was attended from Saroju Home Care, Kolkata. The attendant rogue technician was Swarup Senapati.
