Just for 12 months kent filters has been changed which costed me 5100 rs. So kent service person telling filters valid for just 12 months. So every 12 months i need to spend this much. I want my money refund. I will file a case in consumer court for cheating the customers like this, i have spent 18000 rs for purifier.
