[Resolved] Kent RO — Case ID:[protected]:Disappointed with KENT RO service | |||
I logged a case for a regular service for my Kent RO machine. The engineer name was Atanu Sarkar and he visited my house on 11th August. He was hesitant to do the complete service and his behavior was not good. The motive of the person was not good. When I said to him to do the complete check, he said it is not possible. After he went, I saw that the outlet was not working. The discharge of water is not happening at all. I did not share the satisfactory OTP to him as I was not happy with his service. Now I registered a call again and another technician came to my house and he reported that the filter is not working and you have to pay 2700 for that. My concern is, before the first engineer(Atanu Sarkar) visited my house, every thing was working fine. Now why I need to pay 2700 for the fault of the Kent Engineer. I tried to reach out the higher authority and they said you have to bear the cost of the filter. I have added the CASE id in the subject line. This is an complete harassment for the customer from Kent. I need help as this is a genuine case. Was this information helpful? | |||
