Kent RO — Cheap and poor quality products.. Poor aftersale service | |||
I bought a kent ro system a year ago .. From the very first day i am facing technical issues .. Whenever i file a complaint regarding its service, they used to visit my place and replace some parts in it..i have spent more than 5000 rs on its service.. I have also taken its amc policy which is of no use... They use cheap quality products ..i have replaced its membrane which costs near around 2500 rs thrice in a year...that product doesnt even works for 3 months.. The company is charging very high and not providing the best services to me.. The complaint number which i registerd on 03/06/15 is[protected]... Now they dont even pick my call .. And not providing me with best services... My registd mob is [protected] and name is deepanshu nagpal... I hope my problem will be resolved at the earliest...
