[Resolved] Kent RO — Cheating customers with faulty service | |||
My kent ro water purifier is about 15 months old. On the 12 month i had to get the tap changed as it was leaking. On the 13month soon after the 1 year of warrenty period the filters burst and started leaking water. We called for service and was told to get the entire filter system changed. We changed it for rs 4500. Right after this in 2 weeks time the kent ro system has started leaking again. I am tired of paying for service and leakeage. Absolutely horrible product. The service people charge u 380rs everytime they come. Was this information helpful? | |||
