Kent RO — Complaint_Keno RO after sale service_maintenance | |||
Dear Concerned, I have bought the Kent RO AMC, last year. The concerned person was Mr. Sonu (Mb.- [protected], [protected]) which was sent by Ms. Kent. Further, it has been a very bad experience with Mr. Sonu. Atleast we have called him 20 times in last 1 year and he has come only once till now. I don’t understand what type of after sales service does Kent provide. At least you should train your executives how to deal with the customer. Whenever we called him every time he gives one or the other excuse and says whatever complain you (Client) want to make please make, I don’t care. Such type of things are not expected from a reputed company like Kent and its executives. It is highly requested you should take strict action against such person. Such a behavior is not at all acceptable. Because of all these issues I have to do the RO maintenance at my personal cost. Further my RO is not working since last few days.
