Having no drinking water since last 20 days thanks to the poor service of KENT RO .This is regarding service of our Kent RO .I had received a routine phone call from Kartar service centre Jalandhar on 4thof May 2022 saying that my RO service was due so I told them to send someone across for the service .
On 4 th May service was done and a prefilter was installed as also the tank was changed and also thread candles were changed as is shown on the bill attached .
There was significant smell coming from the water from the day service was done and all the family members were having stomach issues so I called up Kartar service centre again and told them to check for the smell.
Again we were told that the Activated carbon filter needs to be changed which was done on 14 th May 22.
Since the problem of smell was not resolved and Kartar service centre was not responding to our complaints so I called up your toll free number to log in a complaint which was done on 21 st may 22 .
On 22 rd may, finally someone visited and checked the water and since the water was smelling he tried calling his senior but left without doing any service . Now today I am getting a message that the complaint has been closed .
This is unnecessary harassment and we are without potable water since the last 20 days . we have been using bottled water and there is no response from your side .
kindly look into the matter urgently .
