Its been 15 days+ i made a complaint ([protected]). Once engineer visited my house but issue was not resolved and he told us its a basic model so you need to come to our shop we will not provide us the service to your door step. So i again go to the shop for the repair work and i don't know what they did? Issue is not yet resolved. I call customer care they gave me new complain number ([protected]) and assured me they will replace the damaged part after 4 or 5 days. I again call customer care as i have not receive any call from them so this time i want to talk to manager/supervisor but i don't know where all the supervisor are busy.
Please look in to this asap.
